朋友告诉小编做椰子鸡非常简单，只要注意好这一点，就能做出美味有营养的椰子鸡，然后朋友告诉小编在做椰子鸡的时候一个特别重要的事情，那就是在挑选椰子的时候一定要挑选老的椰子，因为老椰子椰肉含有椰奶及油，养颜滋润，香味浓郁，而新鲜的椰子却没有那么好，

【椰子鸡的制作方法】

步骤一：将买来的椰子打开倒出里面的椰子汁，等椰汁倒完后将里面的椰肉取出放到一旁备用，这里要注意在挑选椰子的时候一定要挑选老一点的椰子，因为老一点的椰子煮出来的椰子鸡不但营养而且香味十分浓郁，将椰子处理好后就可以处理鸡肉了，将买来的鸡肉洗干净切成块，将切好的鸡肉放入碗中加入料酒以及盐，这样做是为了除去鸡肉中的腥味。

步骤二：起锅烧油，油热后将处理好的鸡肉倒入锅中然后翻炒，炒去鸡肉中的水分，等到鸡肉中的水分炒得差不多后再加入生姜片继续翻炒，翻炒几分钟就可以了，翻炒几分钟后将姜片捞出，这样做是为了鸡肉更加香浓，做完这些后将第一步中的椰汁倒入锅中然后再加入适量的清水，清水加入后再加入其他配料，大火烧开烧开后转砂锅慢炖半个小时，慢炖完了之后再继续闷10分钟左右就可以出锅了。
