生抽、老抽和酱油的区别，掌握特点和使用技巧，美味轻松拿捏！|生抽|美味菜肴|老抽|调味料|调料|酱油

生抽、老抽、酱油，这三种调味料大家都比较熟悉吧？特别是天天在家做饭的小伙伴，但是你真的掌握了它们的属性和区别吗？今天我们就来聊聊这三者的区别和适合使用的场景！

首先来说说生抽吧，这也是大家最熟悉的一种，基本上可以说每家必备的调味品之一了吧！

生抽的味道相比于老抽和酱油，它更咸，颜色呈红褐色，同时也更鲜，有一点点的回甜，主要的作用就是调味的时候提鲜，比如炒菜的时候和制作一些凉拌菜，适量加一点生抽可以增加菜肴的味道和色泽！

老抽，相比于生抽，它的颜色也更加浓郁，呈棕褐色，味道微带甜味，因为添加了焦糖等物质，它的味道也比生抽更加复杂！

老抽的作用主要是炒菜的时候提色增香，用的最多的场景差不多就是红烧，给菜肴上色，增加菜品的色泽，使菜品看起来更加丰富，更有食欲！

酱油，这个应该算是被现在社会快要遗忘的一种调味品了，也是我从小吃到大的一种调味品，它应该算是介于生抽和老抽之间吧。

最具代表的就是传统酱油了，之所以被大家忽略可能还是因为现在的生活节奏快引起的，再加上它的成本可能更高，工艺复杂，所以慢慢的有了一些替代品，比如生抽和老抽！

传统的酱油兼具增色和提鲜的功能，但是在程度上的话应该算是生抽和老抽的中间，现在市面上也好像很难再买到小时候的那种传统酱油了！
