绿甘蓝怎么凉拌好吃？简单几步，教你超好吃的低卡美食|凉拌|包菜|小葱|甘蓝|美味菜肴|芝麻|调料

说起绿甘蓝可能很多人都不知道是什么东西，其实它很普通也很常见，差不多每个地方都有，只是各个地方的叫法有所不同，有的地方叫包菜，也有的地方叫卷心菜，这样说大家应该就很熟悉了吧？

绿甘蓝也就是绿色的包菜，它的色泽翠绿，口感脆嫩，营养丰富。做法也特别多，今天我们要做的只是其中的一种—凉拌绿甘蓝，在凉拌的过程中，绿甘蓝被赋予了新的生命。它的每一片叶子都仿佛在诉说着与调料的缠绵故事，令人不禁垂涎三尺，食欲全开！

这道菜的调料是它的灵魂所在。经过秘制调味的酱汁，带有微妙的酸甜和辣味，使得凉拌绿甘蓝在入口的那一刻，就能瞬间唤醒你的味蕾。而酱汁与绿甘蓝的完美结合，更是将绿甘蓝的鲜美提升到了一个新的层次，看到这里，你们是不是也跟我一样马上就想吃到它了呢？

1.准备下面的食材，新鲜绿甘蓝一颗，干辣椒适量，大蒜头适量，小葱两根，需要用到的调料有：盐，鸡精味精，白糖，生抽，陈醋，芝麻香油！

2.清洗处理食材，首先把绿甘蓝用手撕成小块，一定要用手撕哦，撕好的绿甘蓝放入盆中，加适量盐浸泡几分钟，这样可以有效的去除绿甘蓝上面的残留杂质，然后清洗干净控干水分备用！

3.干辣椒用剪刀剪成菱形状，小葱切成葱段，大蒜头剁成蒜泥备用！

4.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水中加适量盐和食用油，水开之后倒入绿甘蓝焯水，煮至断生用漏勺捞出放入凉开水中放凉！

5.放凉的绿甘蓝控干水分放入碗中，加适量蒜泥，小葱段和干辣椒，锅烧热油淋在上面激发出香味，再继续调味，加适量盐，鸡精味精少许白糖，适量生抽和陈醋，一点点芝麻香油，用筷子充分搅拌均匀之后装盘即可开吃！
