平菇的家常做法大全，每一种都很好吃，你会几种？|小米辣|平菇|新鲜|美味菜肴|蒜苗|香菜

今天我们来说说平菇的做法，平菇的做法有很多，你们平常时候是喜欢怎么吃呢？

第一种：素炒平菇！

1.准备下面所需食材，新鲜平菇适量，青蒜苗两根，葱姜蒜适量，干辣椒适量！

2.食材全部清洗干净，平菇用手撕成小块，葱姜蒜剁碎，干辣椒剪成小段，青蒜苗切成小段备用！

3.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水开之后倒入平菇焯水，煮至断生用漏勺捞出控水！

4.再次起锅烧油，油热以后倒入葱姜蒜和干辣椒爆香，然后倒入平菇翻炒均匀，调味加适量盐，生抽和蚝油，鸡精味精少许白糖，倒入蒜苗，快速翻炒均匀之后即可起锅装盘！

第二种：凉拌平菇！

1.准备食材，新鲜平菇适量，小米辣适量，小葱香菜各适量，大蒜头适量，有条件的准备一点油炸花生米即可！

2.食材清洗干净之后开始处理食材，平菇用手撕成块，小米辣切圈，大蒜头剁成蒜泥，小葱切成葱花，香菜切成小段备用！

3.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水开倒入平菇焯水，煮熟之后捞出控水，然后放入凉开水中放凉！

4.放凉的平菇用手撰干水分，放入碗中，加适量蒜泥，小葱，白芝麻，干辣椒面，淋上热油激发出香味！

5.开始调味，加适量盐，少许白糖，鸡精味精，生抽，陈醋，少许蚝油，放上花生米和香菜段，用筷子搅拌均匀之后装盘即可开吃！

第三种：平菇炒蛋！

平菇炒蛋是一道大人小孩都爱的美食，喜欢的小伙伴记得点赞收藏哦！

1.准备食材，新鲜平菇适量，青蒜苗适量，生姜大蒜头适量，小米辣适量，土鸡蛋三个！

2.食材清洗干净，平菇撕成小块，小米辣切圈，生姜大蒜头剁成颗粒，青蒜苗切成小段，鸡蛋打入碗中充分搅散！

3.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水开倒入平菇焯水，煮至断生捞出控水！

4.再次起锅烧油，油热倒入鸡蛋炒至定型，然后捞出备用！
