香辣鲜美，嚼劲十足的家常版爆炒猪耳朵来啦！|小米辣|猪耳朵|生姜|美味菜肴|蒜头|蒜苗

猪耳朵作为猪身上最不可或缺的器官之一，在餐桌上也是很受食客的青睐，我觉得最主要的原因可能还是因为它独特的口感吧，又或者是因为它本来就很宝贵，而且又很少的因素吧，毕竟一个猪身上就那么小的两个，物以稀为贵嘛！

猪耳朵最常见的做法就是卤菜店的卤猪耳了吧，特别是爱喝酒的朋友，要是来上一盘特色卤猪耳，那肯定是酒都能多喝一瓶，食欲都要好一点，我说得没错吧？要是在炎热的夏季，来上一盘凉拌猪耳朵，那绝对是唤醒味蕾的一大法宝之一，你们认可吗？

很多喜欢吃猪耳朵的小伙伴最近是不是也不是那么喜欢了？毕竟很多地方真的是有点冷了，所以凉的东西也就没有那么受大家的欢迎了，但是你别急，只要你喜欢吃猪耳朵，今天我就给你分享一种猪耳朵的爆炒做法，这样就能吃到美味又带有暖气的猪耳朵啦，下面我们就一起来制作吧！

1.准备食材，新鲜猪耳朵一个，如果你要是怕麻烦的话也可以在卤菜店买那种卤好的，同时还可以叫老板给你切好，这样就毕竟省事了，我这人喜欢自己动手，吃得放心，生姜大蒜头适量，另外再准备一点小米辣和大蒜苗，也可以用青红辣椒代替，反正自己怎么喜欢就怎么来吧！

2.新鲜的猪耳朵反复清洗干净，然后起锅烧水，冷水下锅，加少许料酒和葱姜，煮开一两分钟左右捞出清洗干净，再次起锅烧水，放入猪耳朵，加葱姜料酒，少许香叶八角和桂皮，把猪耳朵煮熟！

3.煮猪耳朵的时候我们准备需要用到的食材，小米辣切圈，生姜大蒜头剁成颗粒，蒜苗切成小段，不管你喜欢用什么来炒，都把它处理好备用！

4.煮好的猪耳朵放凉，然后改刀切成薄薄的片，这样炒的时候更容易入味哦！

5.开始制作，再次起锅烧油，油热以后倒入猪耳朵煸炒一下，这样吃起来更香哦，然后放入姜蒜和小米辣继续炒香！
