一口肥美的蚝肉放进嘴里，犹如拥抱整个大海。

大蒜独有的香味，清甜鲜美的蚝肉，二者的融合瞬间唤醒你的味蕾！

所以，不要犹豫，准备好食材，跟着我的步骤一起来制作吧！

步骤一；

准备食材，新鲜生蚝适量，大蒜头适量，小米辣适量，小葱适量！

步骤二；

将生蚝的外壳用刷子清洗干净，然后撬开壳之后再把里面也清洗一下，因为有些生蚝里面是有沙地，然后摆入盘中备用！

步骤三；

大蒜头多一点剁成蒜泥，尽量剁得细一点，小葱切成葱花，小米辣也剁碎备用！

步骤四；

调制蒜蓉酱，碗中放入蒜泥，小米辣，锅烧热油淋在上面激发出香味，继续调味加适量生抽，蚝油，少许白糖，鸡精味精少许，搅拌均匀备用！

步骤五；

将调制好的蒜蓉酱用勺子盛在准备好的生蚝上面，然后锅烧热水，水开放入生蚝，盖上锅盖大火蒸三分钟即可！
