猪肝的家常做法之凉拌猪肝，鲜香味美下饭菜的不二之选|凉拌|小米辣|猪肝|美味菜肴|葱花|蒜泥|香菜

猪肝的做法千千万，哪一种才是你的最爱？

人间烟火，唯有美食才是最爱，美食醉人，一城一味，一味一食！

今天要给大家分享的是猪肝的另一种做法，叫作凉拌猪肝！

凉拌猪肝是一道色香味美的开胃家常美食，鲜嫩的猪肝再搭配上各种香料，使其在味觉上焕发出独特的风味。每一片猪肝都保持着恰到好处的口感，既有嚼劲又不失滑嫩，令人陶醉其中。

很多小伙伴可能都没有吃过这道美食，做美食跟生活是一样的，要敢于尝试，面对挑战，这样才会得到意想不到的收获与惊喜，你们说对吗？

这是一道非常开胃又下饭的美食，同时也可以当作招待亲朋好友的下酒菜，它都非常适合！

步骤一；

准备食材，新鲜猪肝一块，香菜适量，小葱两根，小米辣适量，大蒜头适量！

步骤二；

处理食材，首先把猪肝清洗干净，然后切成厚薄均匀的片，放入碗中，加适量啤酒浸泡十分钟左右，这样可以有效的去除猪肝的腥味！

步骤三；

处理好所需食材，小米辣切圈，小葱切成葱花，香菜切成段，大蒜头剁成蒜泥！

步骤四；

把猪肝放入漏勺冲洗干净血水，控干水分放入碗中码味，加适量盐，少许胡椒粉，适量干淀粉，用手抓拌均匀备用！

步骤五；

调料汁，取一个空碗，碗中加适量辣椒面，蒜泥，白芝麻，花椒面，葱花和小米辣，锅烧热油淋在上面激发出香味，继续加盐，鸡精味精少许白糖，生抽陈醋各适量，用勺子搅拌均匀备用！

步骤六；

起锅烧水，水中加适量料酒，水开放入猪肝，放完之后不要动它，等它定型之后轻轻推动滑散，煮熟之后捞出放入凉开水中放凉！
