话不多说，下面我们就准备好食材，一起来制作这道回味无穷的溜鱼片吧！

步骤一；

准备食材，新鲜宰杀的乌鱼一条，大蒜头可以多一点，小米辣适量，小葱两根，青大蒜一根，生姜一块！

步骤二；

把乌鱼改刀，片成均匀的薄片，然后放入碗中码味去腥，加适量盐，料酒，胡椒粉，少许鸡精味精，用手充分抓拌均匀，然后再加适量干淀粉再次抓匀腌制备用！

步骤三；

把所需食材都清洗干净，小米辣剁碎，大蒜头剁成蒜泥，青蒜苗切碎！

步骤四；

开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水中放入葱姜，加适量料酒，水开之后慢慢的放入鱼片，把鱼片焯水至定型即可捞出控水！

步骤五；

再次起锅烧油，油热放入蒜泥炒香，然后加小米辣一起炒，然后加适量生抽，蚝油，鸡精味精少许白糖，炒匀之后倒入鱼片，继续翻炒均匀，使鱼片都能裹上料汁，然后撒上蒜苗即可起锅装盘！
