据多家外媒报道，近日，在一场持续多年的法律诉讼后，法国首富、LVMH掌门人贝尔纳•阿尔诺（Bernard Arnault）被法国当局责令补缴2250万欧元（约合人民币1.74亿元）税款。

Bernard Arnault, head of the luxury goods group LVMH, has been ordered to pay nearly 22.5 million euros in back taxes after a Paris appeals court overturned earlier rulings in his favour in a long-running dispute with the tax authorities.

据法国国际广播电台（RFI），巴黎行政上诉法院近期一份裁决显示，阿尔诺和他的夫人被要求向法国当局缴纳2010年的1296万欧元“额外缴款”（additional contribution），包括税款、社会保险缴款、附加费和滞纳金利息等。

此外，阿尔诺夫妇还须补缴2012年至2015年间的法国财富团结税（Wealth Solidarity Tax），合计950万欧元。阿尔诺方面在7月4日回应媒体说，他们将就法院裁决向法国最高行政法院提起上诉。

According to the ruling, published on July 2, the LVMH chairman and his wife must pay 12.96 million euros in additional taxes, social contributions, penalties and interest relating to the 2010 tax year, as well as 9.5 million euros in wealth tax for the period from 2012 to 2015.

Arnault's representatives said they would challenge the ruling before France's highest administrative court – the Conseil d'Etat.

Arnault, 77, whose LVMH conglomerate includes brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior and Moet Hennessy, has an estimaed net worth of 165 billion dollars according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. That makes him France's richest person and the world's eighth richest.

阿尔诺的发言人表示，LVMH是法国纳税最多的企业。该集团的整体业务还贡献了逾1%的法国国内生产总值。LVMH财务总监在财报电话会上表示，该公司缴纳的所得税总额去年增至约55亿欧元，比2024年增加逾3亿欧元。

据LVMH集团发布的2025年全年财报，集团总营收为808.1亿欧元，同比下降约4.6%；经常性业务利润为177.55亿欧元，同比下降9%；净利润为108.78亿欧元，同比下降13%。
