永安粿条是三明永安的城市美食名片，也是闽中早餐界的天花板，深耕本地街巷百年，是无数永安人每日离不开的一口鲜。区别于普通米粉河粉，永安粿条选用优质大米古法研磨蒸制，质地细腻软糯，入口顺滑无渣，同时又自带恰到好处的韧劲，口感爽滑筋道。
