这次我来介绍一种非常的简单做法，但是味道也非常的好，就是直接拿来清蒸，如果不能吃辣的可以不要放剁椒，直接做成蒜泥清蒸味的。我个人感觉还是放了剁椒的吃起来过瘾，又辣又鲜，好吃又下饭！当下酒小菜真的是太棒了，喜欢的一定要试试哈!

花蛤是一种比较小巧的软体动物，是市场上比较常见的贝壳类海产品，因易于养殖而比较受养殖户的喜爱。花蛤的肉非常鲜嫩，蛋白质含量特别高，脂肪含量却很低，营养丰富且易于人体消化吸收。

花蛤中含有的特有物质还可以有效的帮助人们降低胆固醇。中医认为，常食花蛤可以起到滋阴明目及化痰的功效。肠胃比较虚弱以及因受寒感冒的人要忌食，因为花蛤是水产寒性食物，这时食用的话会使症状加重。

原料：

花蛤一斤、剁椒、大蒜、生姜、香葱、盐、蒸鱼豉油、料酒。

做法：

1、原料备用。

2、花蛤不着急吃可以多放点盐养一下，让它吐沙，一般都还比较干净的，然后多换几次水，清洗干净。

3、大蒜剁成末，加入剁椒，姜丝，葱花、料酒，蒸鱼豉油和少量的盐搅拌均匀。（因为剁椒有点咸，盐可以少放一些。）

4、拌好的料倒在花蛤上。

5、搅拌均匀后放入蒸笼内。

6、水开之后上锅蒸。

7、蒸十分钟左右，蒸到所有的花蛤开花即可。出锅时可以再撒上适量的葱花。

1、水煮冲洗法，在锅内倒入适量的水将花蛤放入锅内以后中火烧开，等花蛤的壳全部打开后关火捞出，用清水冲洗花蛤，几次就可彻底清洁。

2、加热清洗，将闭合的花蛤冲洗干净以后，放入什么都没有的锅内小火加热，等出现开口的花蛤时，将其挑出，用流动的水冲洗，就会很容易将花蛤身体内的泥沙清洗干净了。
