男子用筋膜枪按摩脖子引发脑梗！这些部位要避开……|关节|筋膜枪|肌肉|脑梗|血管|软组织

近日，浙江杭州一名36岁男子因颈部不适，连续3天用筋膜枪按摩脖子，几天后突然头晕、恶心呕吐，迅速陷入昏迷，被紧急送往医院，被确诊为椎动脉夹层引发脑梗，经过手术后脱险。

A massage gun may relieve muscle tension, but it is not safe to use everywhere. In a recent case in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, a 36-year-old man suffered a stroke after repeatedly using one on his neck.

筋膜枪学名深层肌肉筋膜冲击仪，可以辅助改善筋膜炎患者的疼痛症状，而且振动频率稳定，可以促进肌肉和软组织恢复。但如果打到血管、神经、内脏、眼球等本来就很脆弱的组织，后果不堪设想。

Massage guns deliver rapid, deep vibrations that can help ease muscle tension and support soft-tissue recovery. But they’re meant for muscles and not delicate areas. Using one over blood vessels, nerves, internal organs, or the eyes can cause serious injury.

筋膜枪打脖子，当心脑梗

脖子是筋膜枪使用最危险的区域之一，这里集中着各大血管、神经、呼吸与消化通道，它的重要性不亚于头和心脏。为了拥有高度灵活性，脖子处主要覆盖着肌肉、皮肤和筋膜，没有重型骨骼或厚脂肪组织保护。

The neck is one of the riskiest areas for massage-gun use, as it contains a concentration of major blood vessels, nerves, and respiratory and digestive tracts. Unlike larger muscle groups, the neck has relatively little soft-tissue protection, making strong vibration or pressure potentially dangerous.

而且脖子里的很多血管，所在位置都非常浅表，比如颈总动脉，位于颈部气管两侧，用手便能摸到它的搏动。这些血管内膜极其娇嫩，筋膜枪高频暴力震动，很容易把血管内壁震出缺口（椎动脉夹层），缺口处掉落的血栓顺着血流冲进大脑就是脑梗。

Some major blood vessels in the neck lie close to the surface. Powerful, repeated vibration can injure an artery wall, potentially causing a vertebral artery dissection. A clot may then form and travel to the brain, blocking blood flow and triggering an ischemic stroke.

医学文献里也有记载：临床案例里，一位年轻女孩因为拿筋膜枪按摩脖子导致缺血性卒中（脑梗），最后不得不切开气管抢救。至于皮肤红肿淤斑、肌肉拉伤、韧带或关节损伤，那都是最轻的后果。

筋膜枪击打头颈处，巨大冲击还可能顺着头骨传到内耳，把脆弱的耳石“震掉”，让人天旋地转、恶心想吐。

筋膜枪打眼睛，当心失明

眼球比肌肉脆弱得多，眼睑表面的冲击会一路传到晶状体、视网膜。眼球本质就是个娇嫩的小水球，筋膜枪一秒钟砸几十下的高频冲击，威力堪比近距离对着眼球射击气枪。

打在眼球前面：角膜直接擦伤水肿，眼内大出血，瞳孔被震得无法收缩，甚至震出外伤性白内障和青光眼；

打到眼球后方：把视网膜震荡到水肿、出血甚至穿孔（黄斑裂孔），视力瞬间断崖式下跌；

最惨的是直接砸爆：力度再大一点，眼球壁直接被锤破，里面的眼内容物炸出来……最后可能手术摘除眼球。

The eyes are far more fragile than muscle, and strong vibration around them can cause serious injury.

From the front: corneal damage, internal bleeding, pupil dysfunction, traumatic cataracts, or glaucoma.

From behind: retinal swelling or bleeding, even a macular hole, with sudden vision loss.

In severe cases: the eyeball itself can rupture, requiring emergency surgery and sometimes removal of the eye.

一份开放性病例报告里显示，一名20多岁的男大学生为了缓解眼疲劳，每周都会使用筋膜枪，结果发现眼球外层和眼底都出现了不同程度的撕裂和损伤。

医生形容：筋膜枪的震动传到眼球里，就像有人拿生鸡蛋猛晃，会导致晶状体脱位，视网膜破裂。更危险的是，眼部损伤往往有延迟性，几天甚至几十天后才出现症状，很容易错过最佳治疗时机。

筋膜枪打肚子，可能损伤内脏

很多人腰酸背痛，打着打着就一路打到肚子、胸口，也有人直接把筋膜枪打肚子，当作一种减肥邪修。实际上，胸口下面是心肺，肚子里面是肝脾胃肠，还有大量血管和神经。高强度的振动和冲击不仅可能造成局部软组织损伤，还可能伤到血管、神经，甚至增加内脏受伤的风险。

尤其是做过腹部手术、有疝气、身体特别瘦的人，更不建议往胸腹部使用筋膜枪。

The chest and abdomen are not safe targets for a massage gun either. Beneath the chest lie the heart and lungs, while the liver, spleen, stomach, intestines, major blood vessels, and nerves are located in the abdomen. Strong vibration can injure soft tissue and may increase the risk of deeper internal damage.

People who are very thin, have a hernia, or have had abdominal surgery should be especially cautious — and using a massage gun on the belly is not a method for weight loss.

筋膜枪打腋下损伤血管神经

腋下、胳膊窝、膝盖窝这些部位看似很抗造，实则很脆弱。密密麻麻布满了血管神经，却只有薄薄的一层皮肤保护，筋膜枪打上来，直接就打在血管、神经上。轻则出现红肿，重则可能会像被电击中一样出现刺痛，甚至是神经损伤。部分特殊人群身体耐受度不足，震动会带来不可逆伤害。

Areas like the armpits, inner elbows, and backs of the knees contain major nerves and blood vessels just beneath the skin. Direct percussion can cause swelling, sharp “electric” pain, or even nerve injury.

筋膜枪能打哪里？

有个简单的判断方法：能捏起一大块肌肉，可以考虑；摸起来是骨头、血管明显、下面藏着重要器官，就别打。

相对安全的是肌肉厚实、面积大的大肌群：臀大肌、大腿后侧（腘绳肌）、小腿后侧（腓肠肌），这些地方才是筋膜枪真正该待的主场。

A simple rule for using massage guns: thick, fleshy muscle may be suitable; bone, visible blood vessels, joints, and areas over vital organs are not.

Safer targets are large muscle groups such as the glutes, hamstrings, and calves — the areas massage guns are actually designed for.
