夏季就要来点营养又冰爽的，试试这个小甜品，上桌立马抢光光|冰爽|夏季|甜品|砂糖|酸奶|黄桃

夏季以来天气炎热，就想吃点冰爽可口又开胃的，特别是我家小朋友最近特别爱吃酸奶。自己做的酸奶相对来说添加剂会少一些，可以放心给孩子吃。有了柏翠面包机做起酸奶来还是非常方便的，大家不妨在家自己做来试试。发酵好以后，可以加点水果做成水果酸奶，什么应季的芒果（参数丨图片）呀，黄桃呀，蓝莓呀等等。

我家的酸奶基本都是自己前一天晚上做的，放在面包机发酵一晚，第二天早上正好可以吃。刚做好的酸奶是温的，可以直接给小孩子吃，因为小朋友的脾胃不能吃太凉的食物。做好的成品，入冰箱冷藏后食用，冰爽粘稠，非常适合夏季食用，好吃开胃又有很有营养。

最近我最爱的黄桃上市，所以做了大果粒的黄桃酸奶，比买的黄桃酸奶吃起来过瘾多了，因为有大大有黄桃粒在里边，而且口感会更好！我把黄桃粒加了适量的糖，放在锅里炒到变软变透明，放凉后加入酸奶中，比直接加入新鲜的黄桃粒口感好很多，装在小瓶子里，颜值也很高哈。早上一杯黄桃酸奶，再来一个自己自制的三明治，一中午的营养也够了。

原料：

纯牛奶500ML、菌粉一小包、黄桃、砂糖。

做法：

1、原材料备用。

2、酸奶瓶清洗干净，倒入适量的开水，泡一分钟以上。（也可以直接在面包机的桶，我个人是习惯直接用小瓶吃起来方便。）

3、沥干瓶内水份，让瓶降温后，倒入纯牛奶和酸奶发酵粉。充份搅拌均匀。（如果用工具搅拌，记得工具也要泡开水消毒。)然后用保鲜膜盖住瓶口。

4、把小瓶放入面包桶内。（我用的是中等的牛奶瓶，大概可以放四瓶。如果是迷你的，可以多放几个。）选择17程序，默认是发酵8小时。

5、黄桃去皮，去核切成大点的粒。

6、加入适合的砂糖倒入不粘锅中炒。

7、炒到砂糖全部融化，黄桃颗粒变软变透明，然后放凉备用。

8、酸奶发酵8小时后已经浓稠，把黄桃粒加入酸奶中即可。（喜欢吃凉的放入冰箱内冷藏。）
