菜肴推荐：豆芽拌面筋、蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝、洋葱拌木耳|洋葱拌木耳|紫甘蓝|美味菜肴|胡萝卜|蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝|豆芽|青椒|面筋

豆芽拌面筋

原料：面筋一块、豆芽、胡萝卜、菠菜、青椒。

配料：蒜末、香葱、辣椒油。

1、将面筋切小方块、黄豆芽、菠菜菜叶分别过沸水焯一下。

胡萝卜切丝，青辣椒切叮。

2、全部材料放在一个大碗中。

3、取一个小碗，将香葱碎、蒜蓉、生抽、香醋、盐、少许白糖、鸡精、麻油各适量调成料汁。

4、吃的时候，调料汁浇在豆芽面筋上，拌匀就可以开吃来，非常不错的餐前小菜！

蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

食材：扇贝4个粉丝半把小葱适量姜适量蒜1瓣料酒适量酱油适量色拉油适量食盐适量鸡精2克

做法：

1、扇贝清洗干净，粉丝用温热的水提前10分钟泡软备用;姜切细切，1瓣蒜切成蒜末，葱切葱花;锅中放少许油烧热后转小火放入1/2蒜末爆香

2、将爆香的蒜末与另一半生蒜末调入少许盐，鸡精混匀备用;洗干净的扇贝用刀剖出，将粉丝剪成小段，然后铺在贝壳里，均匀的撒一点点儿细盐

3、将剖出的扇贝肉放在粉丝上，每只均匀的倒入少许黄酒，铺上调好的蒜蓉

4、再摆上几根姜丝，入开水锅中大火蒸5分钟取出，拣掉姜丝，逐个洒上少许葱花，浇点酱油，另取一锅油烧热，再均匀的浇在葱花上激发香味即可,

洋葱拌木耳

用料：黑木耳150克，洋葱半个，柿子椒半个，红椒半个，花椒1小勺，干辣椒2个，食盐1克，生抽1小勺，醋1小勺，植物油1大勺

做法：

1、洋葱，青红椒洗净切丝;木耳过滚水焯一下

2、把干辣椒剪碎，和花椒一同放入勺子，加入油，放火上至出椒香味

3、把木耳，洋葱，青红椒和料汁(盐，生抽，醋)搅匀，倒入煸香的油，翻均匀即可

凉拌牛肚

材料：牛肚500克、红辣椒1个、大葱1根、生姜1块、大料适量、香油6克、酱油6克、料酒大匙、精盐3克、白糖3克

做法：

1.大葱洗净切段；红辣椒洗净切片；牛肚洗净，放入沸水中烫煮5分钟，捞出后刮除油脂；

2.把牛肚、料酒、大料、葱段、姜块同放至开水中，煮至牛肚熟烂，待凉后切片装盘；

3.食用前将红辣椒和剩下的葱切丝，撒在牛肚上，淋上调匀的酱油、盐、白糖、香油即可。

小提示：爽滑脆嫩，浓香可口。牛肚不宜煮得过烂，有足够的韧性口感会更好。

彩椒炒牛肉

食材配料；牛肉，青椒，红椒，黄椒，姜，蒜，油，盐，生抽，料酒，鸡精，蚝油，十三香。

做法步骤；1.准备好食材，首先把牛肉清洗干净，切成片。

2.放盐，生抽，料酒，蚝油搅拌均匀，腌制10分钟。

3.把姜，蒜清洗干净，切碎。

4.再把青椒，红椒，黄椒清洗后，切成圈。

5.锅里放油烧热，放腌好的牛肉翻炒上色出油。

6.倒入姜，蒜翻炒出香味，放青椒，红椒，黄椒翻炒。

7.再放盐，鸡精，十三香翻炒均匀就可以关火装盘了。

海鲜拌

材料：蛰头、海肠、扇贝肉、鲍仔、海螺、香菜、黄瓜、辣椒油、海鲜捞汁、大蒜泥、米醋

做法：

1、海鲜处理干净，海螺、鲍仔、扇贝、海肠焯水至断生，捞出入冰块，冰镇凉透后待用，黄瓜切块，香菜切段。

2、海鲜捞汁中加入米醋和蒜泥，调成酱汁。

3、黄瓜放入碗内，加入海鲜食材，放适量的酱汁、香菜段、辣椒油，拌匀即可。

鱼香鸡丁

材料：鸡肉、胡萝卜、黄瓜、辣椒、豆角、酱油、醋、玉兰片、糖和盐

做法

1、鸡丁放盐胡椒，胡萝卜丁和黄瓜。

2、2汤匙酱油，2汤匙醋，半匙糖，和少许盐加入果汁中。

3、炒锅放油，炒豆瓣酱，好颜色放碎鸡，放胡萝卜笋。

4、黄瓜、花椒、豆角放入锅内，炒几下，加入调味汁搅匀，勾芡锅。

香肠沙拉

材料：香肠 6个、紫甘蓝 30g、薄荷 4颗、橄榄油 1大勺、盐 1小勺、白醋 1小勺、黑胡椒粉 0.5小勺

做法

1、备好食材：香肠，薄荷，紫甘蓝；

2、紫甘蓝去掉硬梗后撕碎，同薄荷叶一起洗净；再用淡盐水浸泡片刻；再将紫甘蓝，薄荷洗净后，用凉白开浸泡片刻；

3、紫甘蓝，薄荷沥干水分；调入适量盐，黑胡椒粉，橄榄油，白醋；

4、搅拌均匀，将紫甘蓝薄荷盛入盘子里；

5、给香肠切花刀、平底锅倒入适量橄榄油；

6、将香肠放入平底锅；用小火煎10-15分钟左右，盛出；

7、将香肠切片、同紫甘蓝薄荷混合即可；做好啦。
