粉丝蒸鸡翅根

材料：鸡翅根、红薯粉丝、香葱、小米辣、大葱、淀粉、生抽、蚝油、料酒、盐。

做法：

1、大葱切厚片，与料酒、生抽、蚝油、盐同入鸡翅根盆里，用筷子搅拌均匀，腌制30分钟或以上。

2、红薯粉丝用温水泡软，

3、腌好的鸡翅根中倒入淀粉，淀粉糊均匀地裹在鸡翅根裸露面上。

4、将泡软的红薯粉丝剪短，摆在一个盘里，将鸡翅根在粉丝上摆成花型，大葱段及剩下的淀粉料汁淋在鸡翅根上。

5、粉丝吸水，所以再额外倒一点生抽，加适量凉水混合均匀，盐随口味加。

6、将生抽水 汁淋在粉丝上，鸡翅根上有淀粉浆，不宜直接淋在上面;入凉水蒸箱或者蒸锅中，大火上汽后蒸20分钟。

7、汤汁几乎全部被吸入了粉丝中，撒香葱末、小米辣末即可。

小炒河虾

材料：河虾、尖椒、生姜、盐、料酒、胡椒粉、生抽。

做法：

1、河虾冲洗干净，去掉头再清洗一遍，然后沥干水分，加入料酒和胡椒粉腌制一会。

2、尖椒洗净切成圈，生姜切成丝备用。

3、起锅烧油，多放油，油热后下入河虾炸至变色，有焦香味后捞出。

4、锅中留底油，油热后放入尖椒、生姜炒出香味，再放入河虾翻炒一会，再放点盐、生抽调味即可。

老干妈苦瓜

材料：苦瓜、老干妈豆豉辣酱、小葱、生抽、蒜、朝天椒。

做法：

1、苦瓜洗净对半切开去瓤去籽斜刀切块，小葱蒜切小粒，朝天椒切圈。

2、煮锅开水滴点油，下苦瓜焯水一分钟，捞出迅速过凉，充分沥干水分。

3、热锅凉油小火，煸香葱蒜，加一勺老干妈炒匀出红油，放入苦瓜，一勺生抽，加入朝天椒，大火不停翻炒大约一分钟即可出锅。

糯香鲜虾丸

材料：糯米、虾、鳕鱼肉、笋、盐、料酒、生抽、蚝油、香葱

做法：1、大虾剥皮，笋洗净备用；糯米事先泡好；

2、鳕鱼去刺去鱼肉；香葱洗净切末；

3、鱼肉、笋、大虾切碎；加盐、蚝油、生抽、料酒拌匀即可；

4、糯米铺在盘子了，取一团馅子，在糯米上咕噜一下，让糯米均匀的裹在馅子上，形成一个糯米丸子；

5、把丸子摆在盘子里面，蒸锅里放水，烧开后，放丸子，蒸15分钟即可出锅；

6、出锅撒小葱末点缀即可。

葱焖带鱼

材料：带鱼、小葱、香菇、干辣椒、青辣椒、蒜瓣、清水、生抽、老抽、香醋、白糖、胡椒粉、料酒、盐、香油、姜

做法：

1.带鱼洗净切段，在带鱼身上划花刀。

2.准备一小碗清水，在水中加入15克生抽，5克老抽，5克香醋，10克糖，3克胡椒粉，15克料酒，2克盐搅拌均匀成为料汁备用。

3.不粘锅倒油把洗净的小葱均匀地排在锅中，把带鱼均匀的排放在小葱上，盖上盖子中小火焖至10分钟。

4.蒜，姜瓣切片，青红辣椒切片，香菇泡发好切小块。

5.焖制好的带鱼把蒜片，青红椒，香菇放入带鱼上，再把调好的料汁加入。

6.盖上盖子继续焖至15分钟，焖至7-8分钟的时候把带鱼翻面一次，然后再继续焖至，最后淋入少许香油即好。

上汤皮蛋娃娃菜

材料：皮蛋2个、娃娃菜1包、火腿40g、大葱10g、姜10g、蒜50g、葱3g、蛋清1个、鸡精3g、食盐3g、香油5g、食油适量、骨汤150g

做法：

1.娃娃菜洗净，改刀竖切成6块备用，大葱切成葱花，姜切片，火腿切成小片，皮蛋去壳后切成6块，备用

2.锅内加入清水大火烧开，加入少许盐，放入娃娃菜，将娃娃菜煮熟泛黄后，捞起沥干水分，装入盘中备用

3.锅内加入适量食用油，烧热后加入蒜子炸香，捞出沥油备用

4.另起锅，加入食用油烧热后加入葱花，姜煸炒出香味，加入皮蛋炒香，加入蒜子，火腿，骨头汤，盐，鸡精调味，最后加入蛋清搅匀

5.浇入装好的娃娃菜之上，撒葱花即可

香橙风味鸡

材料：去皮鸡胸肉1块、中芹150克、香橙1颗、红辣椒丝1根、香橙汁适量

做法：

1.鸡胸肉入滚水中,等水再煮滚后关火,泡约15分钟至熟后取出。

2.中芹去叶后切段状;香吉士去皮取出果肉。

3.鸡胸肉切片,再剥成粗丝,与中芹段、香橙果肉、红辣椒丝混匀，再淋上香橙汁拌匀盛盘即可。

香橙汁：

香吉士1颗、盐1/2茶匙、白胡椒粉少许、麻油少许

香橙榨汁,再与其余材料混匀即可。

韩式凉拌豆芽

食材：黄豆芽、盐、蔬果粉、干辣椒、胡椒粉、熟芝麻、芝麻油

做法：

1、水中放入大勺盐和干辣椒烧开

2、放入豆芽煮2~3分钟，边翻边煮

3、倒入漏盆中晾干水分，经常翻翻，不需过凉水

4、挑出煮软的干辣椒切丝

5、晾干水分的豆芽放入容器中

6、跟着继续放入胡椒粉、蔬果粉、芝麻油、辣椒、芝麻拌均匀即可。

炖冰糖蹄花

食材猪蹄1200克，冰糖30克

酱油15克，大葱10克

姜8克，料酒6克，八角1克

做法

1.将猪蹄刮洗干净，一剖两半（骨断肉连），斩断爪筋，投入沸水锅中焯5分钟，捞出备用；

2.葱切段、姜切片；

3.将锅置于中火上，放入植物油，烧至七成热，放入葱段、姜片煸炒出香味，加入猪蹄、酱油、料酒、大料、冰糖、精盐和高汤烧沸，撇净浮沫；

4.用小火炖至猪蹄熟烂，拣出葱段、姜片和大料不用，即可装盘。

青椒干煸五花肉

食材：带皮五花肉，青椒，姜，大蒜，老抽，料酒，白糖适量

做法：

1、带皮五花肉洗净切片备用。

2、青椒洗净斜切成段，锅中放油，大火，待油7成热时，放入姜蒜片爆香。

3、放入切好的五花肉片煸炒至肉片微卷。

4、调入老抽、料酒翻炒均匀后倒入青椒，盖上盖焗焖一会，直到青椒熟透再揭盖放盐、糖炒匀出锅即可。

酥炸金针菇

做法：1、先调湿粉浆：全蛋一颗 加1大匙植物油 喇匀

2、再加入 300cc冰水 +2大匙太白粉+2大匙树薯粉 +2米杯低筋面粉喇到看不到粉；

3、满要炸的食物（蔬菜 金针菇）下锅油炸就ok啦。

菌菇焗虾球

做法：1、分别在大虾仁的背部剖一刀，待逐一挑去沙线后纳盆，加入盐、鸡蛋清和干生粉拌匀待用。另把杏鲍菇切成厚片。

2、锅里放色拉油烧至五成热时，先下虾仁炸至表面硬挺，捞出来沥油待用。等油温升至七成热时，再放入杏鲍菇片炸至色呈金黄。

3、锅留少许的底油，先投入姜片和红美人椒节一起炒香，随后下炸过的杏鲍菇片和虾仁，在翻炒的同时加入美极鲜酱油和烧汁调好味，最后勾薄芡并出锅装盘。

莴笋胡萝卜炒腊肠

材料：腊肠若干；莴笋一根；胡萝卜一根；盐少许

做法1、腊肠先洗一下，切片备用

2、莴笋和胡萝卜去皮，切片，开水里加一点油和盐，焯水之后捞起沥干备用

3、大火把炒锅烧热，下一点油（不要太多，少许即可），把腊肠放入，小火煸炒至出油，不要炒的太久了腊肠会糊掉的

4、放入焯水过的莴笋和胡萝卜，不断翻炒，分次加入盐调味，也可加入一小勺糖提鲜

5、出锅前可以撒入一勺白芝麻拌匀，不加也可以的啦

红烧蘑菇

食材：白蘑菇、青椒、红椒、香菜、芝麻。

1、蘑菇、青椒洗净，蘑菇切成片，青椒切成菱形片。

2、锅里热油，放入蘑菇煸炒出水。

3、放入甜面酱，素蚝油和盐煸炒后闷一小会。最后再放青椒翻炒均匀，大火收汁，淋入水淀炒勾芡，撒上适量芝麻和香菜。

猪肝烧豆腐

做法：1、把猪肝用凉水浸泡30分钟以上，切块。

2、豆腐切块。

3、葱姜洗净切末。

4、热锅凉油、油8成下豆瓣酱翻炒出红油。

5、下猪肝翻炒变色变硬块。

6、加料酒、葱姜翻炒均匀。

7、加生抽、花椒粉翻炒均匀，加豆腐翻炒均匀。

8、加鸡精翻炒均匀，加水淀粉翻炒均匀大火收汁，撒上胡椒粉即可出锅。

杏鲍菇炒芹菜

1.准备食材，胡萝卜，芹菜，杏鲍菇

2.芹菜去除叶子洗干净切段，杏鲍菇，胡萝卜切丝备用

3.起油锅，放入少许葱花，倒入胡萝卜略微翻炒

小炒牛肉

2.牛里脊从中间切开，顶刀切0.5厘米的薄片。

3.葱、姜、青蒜切片，小米椒切丁。

4.把切好的牛里脊洗净血水，放入碗中。然后，加入老抽、盐、料酒（10克），搅拌均匀；再放鸡蛋清、淀粉，反复搅拌均匀；腌制10分钟左右，备用。

香芹虾仁

1.香芹去叶切成段，用水焯一下，备用

2.虾洗干净，去掉头，尾，壳

3.辣椒，蒜，葱，姜，切好备用

4.在锅中倒入适量的油烧开

5.虾放入锅中，全部变红，放入蒜，姜，炒出香味后放入适量的盐和蚝油
