当地时间9月29日，央视记者获悉，美国当天凌晨起正式实施针对加拿大部分商品的进口禁令，涉及酒类、乳制品和摩托车等，预计涉及约9.67亿美元的加拿大对美出口。

据悉，此次禁令是特朗普政府对加拿大采取的一系列贸易措施的最新升级。美国与加拿大两国年度双边贸易额约8800亿美元，因此此次禁令所涉及的规模相对有限。

据悉，加拿大此前已针对美国关税采取反制措施。此次进口禁令可能进一步加剧美加贸易摩擦，并增加两国围绕《美国—墨西哥—加拿大协定》（USMCA）续签谈判的不确定性。

美加近来贸易争端不断。特朗普政府从8月22日开始对从加拿大进口的红酒、水泥等数百项特定商品加征50%关税。加拿大政府随后宣布对美国实施“等额、对等”反制，从9月8日起对价值约200亿美元的700多种美国商品加征反制关税。据美国白宫16日发布的消息，美国总统特朗普当天签署一份总统备忘录，将源自加拿大的产品排除出美政府采购计划。
