冯素清，兴安县湘漓镇阳安村村民，多年来扎根灵渠北渠沿岸，热心邻里事务，积极参与灵渠沿岸环境管护，坚持日常清理岸边垃圾，劝导周边群众爱护古渠生态。待人热忱善良，主动帮扶村里孤寡老人与困难家庭，积极参与邻里调解，用点滴行动维护乡村和睦。她以朴实的坚守守护家门口的灵渠，带动身边村民共同爱护灵渠，是灵渠沿岸淳朴的乡土守护者。

Feng Suqing, Guardian of Ethnic Unity
Feng Suqing is a villager of Yang'an Village, Xiangli Town, Xing'an County. For many years, she has lived along the Northern Canal of the Lingqu Canal. She devotes herself to neighborhood affairs and actively takes part in the environmental management and protection along the Lingqu Canal. She cleans garbage on the canal bank on a daily basis and persuades local residents to protect the ecology of the ancient waterway. Warm‑hearted and kind, she offers help to lonely elderly people and disadvantaged families in the village, and mediates neighbourhood disputes. With her consistent and simple efforts, she maintains harmony in the village. She guards the Lingqu Canal right at her doorstep and inspires other villagers to protect the ancient canal. She is an unpretentious local guardian along the Lingqu Canal.
