To facilitate foreign nationals in completing entry‑related health verification, the Physical Examination Department of our hospital offers physical examinations for overseas‑origin individuals. Relevant information is outlined below.

一、什么是境外人员体格检查？

What is the physical examination for overseas personnel?

根据我国出入境相关管理要求，境外人员、已经身处国内的外籍人员（留学生、工作、生活外籍人员）居留，需要提交符合规范的健康体检材料。体检完成后，医院出具《境外人员体格检查记录》，可用于居留手续办理。

In accordance with China’s entry‑exit administrative requirements, foreign nationals already in China (including international students, expatriate employees and foreign residents) who apply for residence permits shall submit standard‑compliant health‑examination documents. Upon completion of the examination, the hospital will issue the Physical Examination Record for Overseas‑Origin Individuals, which can be used for residence‑permit formalities.

二、体检包含哪些项目？

Examination Items

基础问诊：既往传染病、精神类疾病病史调查（斑疹伤寒、脊髓灰质炎、白喉、病毒性肝炎、精神病、毒瘾等）。

一般体格检查：身高、体重、血压、发育、营养状况；眼、耳、鼻、喉、皮肤、淋巴结、心肺、腹部、脊柱四肢、神经系统等全身查体。

辅助检查：胸部X线、心电图、B超。

血液化验：HIV抗体、梅毒筛查、乙肝表面抗原、丙肝抗体等传染病血清学检测。

体检排查霍乱、黄热病、鼠疫、麻风、性病、开放性肺结核、精神病等检疫传染病。

Basic medical interview: Inquiry about past history of infectious diseases and mental illnesses (including typhus, poliomyelitis, diphtheria, viral hepatitis, mental disorders, drug addiction, etc.).

General physical examination: Height, weight, blood pressure, physical development and nutritional status; full‑body assessment covering eyes, ears, nose, throat, skin, lymph nodes, heart‑lung function, abdomen, spine, limbs and nervous system.

Auxiliary examinations: Chest X‑ray,electrocardiogram(ECG), B‑ultrasound.

Blood tests: Serological screening for infectious diseases including HIV antibody, syphilis screening, hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis C antibody.

The examination screens for quarantinable infectious diseases such as cholera, yellow fever, plague, leprosy, sexually transmitted diseases, and open pulmonary tuberculosis, as well as mental disorders.

三、办理须知？

所需材料：本人护照、2张2寸证件照片

体检地点：内江市中医医院体检科仲景楼一楼

体检流程：

① 到体检科一楼登记，填写《境外人员体格检查记录》

② 逐项完成体格、影像、抽血检验

③ 医生审核

④ 核验合格，签发中英双语《境外人员体格检查记录验证证明》

Required documents: Original passport of the applicant, two pieces of 2‑inch ID‑style photos

Examination venue: Physical Examination Department, 1st Floor, Zhongjing Building, Neijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Examination Procedures:

① Register at the 1st‑floor Physical Examination Department and fill in the Physical Examination Record for Overseas‑Origin Individuals.

②Complete physical check‑ups, imaging scans and blood‑sample collection item by item.

③ Physician review.

④ If verification is passed, the Chinese‑English bilingual Verification Certificate for Physical Examination Record for Overseas‑Origin Individuals will be issued.

四、温馨提示

Reminders

证明为中英双语制式，官方认可，可用于办理居留相关手续。

体检需本人到场，空腹抽血。

证明有效期6个月，请合理安排体检时间，避免过期影响业务办理。

如有既往病历，可体检时一并带来供医生参考。

The official bilingual certificate is nationally recognized and valid for residence‑permit applications.

Personal attendance is mandatory, and fasting is required for blood drawing.

The certificate is valid for 6 months. Please arrange your physical examination reasonably to avoid expiration that may affect your administrative procedures.

You may bring your past medical records for the physician’s reference on the day of examination.
