近日，用友成功签约韩国钢铁公司（KISCO），落地首个面向韩国本土企业的 AI 废钢判级项目。用友将联合当地合作伙伴 Intellectus，为这家韩国电炉炼钢龙头企业建设覆盖废钢验收与入炉装料全环节的智能判级系统，助力 KISCO 提升判级一致性与验收透明度，为原料采购与生产管理提供更可靠的数据依据。此举标志着用友废钢智能判级产品在规模化服务国内钢铁行业后，正式走进海外头部钢企的核心生产场景。
Yonyou has signed an agreement with KISCO (Korea Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.), launching its first AI scrap grading project with a South Korean enterprise. Together with local partner Intellectus, Yonyou will build an intelligent grading system for this leading Korean electric-arc-furnace steelmaker, covering the entire process from scrap inspection to furnace charging. The system will help KISCO improve grading consistency and inspection transparency, and provide a more reliable data foundation for raw material procurement and production management. The agreement marks the formal entry of Yonyou’s AI scrap grading product into the core production operations of a leading overseas steelmaker, following its large-scale deployment across China’s steel industry.

Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Changwon, South Korea, KISCO is one of the country’s three largest electric-arc-furnace steelmakers and a benchmark company in electric-furnace steelmaking and scrap recycling. With more than six decades of experience and an annual capacity of around 1.2 million tonnes, the company produces reinforcing bar for construction from scrap and is a major supplier to South Korea’s construction steel market. As global scrap trade continues to grow and the recycled-steel industry accelerates its shift toward green and digital operations, KISCO has decided to introduce an AI scrap grading system. By collecting objective scrap data through AI, KISCO plans to apply it to systematic, advanced supplier quality evaluation and production operations management.

14 Million Training Images Behind AI Scrap Grading
用友废钢智能判级产品是面向钢铁行业打造的成熟工业 AI 视觉应用，拥有 1,400 万张真实工况学习图像，已在 140 多家钢企、500 多个点位长期稳定运行，覆盖汽运、船运、集装箱等多种废钢入厂场景，并通过持续迭代沉淀了扎实的行业数据与算法能力。KISCO 将采用最新 V6.0 系统，以视觉大模型结合专业小模型的技术架构，自动识别废钢种类、厚度与等级，辅助杂质扣重，并精准识别密闭容器、电池等危险混入物及有色金属。判定结果与全流程影像一一关联、全程留痕、可追溯，帮助钢企将判级从依赖个人经验升级为数据驱动、标准统一的数字化能力；累积的验收数据还可进一步反哺供应商评估、采购定价与配料优化。
Yonyou’s AI scrap grading product is a proven industrial AI vision application built for the steel industry, drawing on 14 million training images captured under real production conditions. It has run stably over the long term at more than 500 points across over 140 steelmakers, covering road, barge and container delivery scenarios, with solid industry data and algorithm capabilities built up through continuous iteration. KISCO will adopt the latest V6.0 system, which combines a large vision model with smaller specialist models to automatically identify scrap types, thickness and grades, assist with impurity deductions, and precisely detect hazardous items such as sealed containers and batteries, as well as non-ferrous metals. Every decision is linked to the full set of process images and is fully traceable, helping steelmakers move grading from individual experience to a data-driven, standardised digital capability. The accumulated inspection data can also support supplier evaluation, procurement pricing and charge-mix optimisation.

Partnering with Intellectus for Local Delivery in South Korea
用友将提供 AI 判级引擎及实施服务，Intellectus 负责项目管理、系统集成、硬件及本地运维。系统将适配 KISCO 的判级标准，提供韩语界面，并在韩国境内部署及储存数据。
Yonyou will provide the AI grading engine and implementation services, while Intellectus will handle project management, systems integration, hardware, and local operations and maintenance. The system will be configured to KISCO’s grading standards, provide a Korean-language interface, and be deployed with all data stored within South Korea.
透过对接既有出入库、车辆管理及 ERP 等系统，双方将协助 KISCO 把 AI 判定结果融入日常流程，减少重复录入与核对。
Through connections with existing inbound and outbound, vehicle management and ERP systems, the two companies will help KISCO integrate AI grading results into its daily workflows and reduce duplicate data entry and cross-checking.
项目启动会上，双方技术团队、业务负责人对齐项目范围、实施计划、本地化适配要求，针对韩国废钢料型、厂区现场工况、业务流程定制优化算法与系统功能，保障项目平稳交付、稳定上线。
At the project kick-off meeting, the technical teams and business leads aligned on project scope, implementation plan and localisation requirements, and agreed to optimise algorithms and system functions for Korean scrap types, on-site plant conditions and business processes to ensure smooth delivery and stable operation.
