它不止是带领他人，更是认识自我、理解他人、勇于担当，并将想法付诸行动的能力。领导力没有唯一的模样，鼎文的每位小鲲鹏都能在探索与实践中，找到自己的方式。

本周，新一学年的鲲鹏领袖们正式集结。从Round Square Committee、学生会到学生社团，从学院志愿者协调员、宿舍楼层长到鲲鹏使者，他们在不同的角色中学习担当、凝聚力量，让领导力在实践中成长，在行动中引领。

What does it mean to be a leader?

Leadership begins with understanding yourself, recognising the needs of others, taking responsibility, and turning ideas into action. There is no single way to lead. Every student can develop their own approach through experience and practice.

At Dingwen Academy Hangzhou (DWA), a new cohort of Kunpeng Future Leaders is ready to take on new responsibilities. From the Round Square Student Committee and Student Council to student clubs, House Volunteer Coordinators, dormitory floor leaders, and Kunpeng Ambassadors, each student has an opportunity to contribute to the school community.

At DWA, leadership is developed through experience and action.

01 每一种担当，都是领导力的模样

Leadership Takes Many Forms

不同的角色，承载着不同的责任；不同的行动，也都能带来积极的影响。

Round Square Committee ｜连接世界，遇见更多可能

鼎文的每一位学生，都可以成为连接世界的起点。Round Square 是一个连接全球教育共同体的国际教育网络，汇聚了来自六大洲、50 个国家的 300 多所学校。各成员学校以共同的IDEALS教育理念为纽带，通过体验式学习、跨文化交流与社会实践，携手培养具有国际视野、独立思考能力与社会责任感的青年。

杭州鼎文学校 Round Square 学生委员会以六大 IDEALS 为起点，将国际视野与校园生活中的真实需求相连接。从为校园图书馆募集不同国家的经典书籍，到探索减少食物浪费与普通垃圾的校园实践，学生们正以实际行动促进跨文化理解，践行可持续发展的理念。这些行动的意义，不仅在于解决具体问题，更在于学生如何成为改变的发起者与推动者。

从发现需求、提出想法，到凝聚同伴、规划方案，再到付诸实践，Round Square Student Committee 的成员们正在学习以行动诠释领导力。

Round Square Student Committee | Connecting Perspectives, Inspiring Action

Round Square is an international education network of more than 300 schools across 50 countries on six continents. Guided by its six IDEALS, member schools promote experiential learning, intercultural understanding, and social responsibility.

At DWA, the Round Square Student Committee brings these values into everyday school life. Initiatives include expanding the school library’s collection of literary classics from around the world and exploring ways to reduce food waste and other waste on campus.

Through these projects, students learn to identify needs, develop ideas, involve their peers, and turn plans into action—putting global perspectives into practice within their own community.

学生会｜以责任赢得信任，以行动回应期待

学校各学部学生会，是一个由学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的学生自治组织，也学校联系学生的桥梁。成员肩负责任与信任，在校园生活中践行协作精神，让担当落实于实际行动。

学生社团｜让热爱成为行动，让责任成为担当

从飞友俱乐部到女性互助计划，从心理社到英语阅读社、篮球社、商业社等，学生们因兴趣相聚，也在实践中学习将想法付诸行动，让热爱成为探索与共同成长的起点。

学院志愿者协调员｜尊重差异，凝聚集体力量

金星、木星、水星、火星、土星，五大学院各有风采。鼎文学校学院制，打破学生年龄和班级的限制，它不仅是学习生活的空间，更是彼此支持、共同成长的共同体。学院志愿者协调员将将与伙伴们携手协作，在尊重差异中凝聚力量，为学院共同体贡献力量。

宿舍楼层长｜从日常出发，承担身边的责任

领导力也体现在日常生活之中。新一学年的宿舍楼层长将在宿舍集体生活中承担相应责任，让担当从身边开始。

鲲鹏使者｜不必站在聚光灯下，也能带来改变

除了站在台前的学生领袖，校园里还有一群默默付出的鲲鹏使者。他们通过日常志愿服务守护校园，用平凡行动为鼎文社区增添温度。

Student Council | Responsibility in Action

DWA’s Student Councils give students a voice in school life and opportunities to contribute to the wider community. Through student-led initiatives and collaboration, members learn to represent their peers, take responsibility, and build trust.

Student Clubs | Turning Interests into Initiatives

From the Aviation Club and SHE space to the Psychology Club, English Reading Club, Basketball Club, and Business Club, students come together to explore shared interests and bring their ideas to life.

These clubs give students opportunities to organise activities, collaborate with others, and develop their interests through practice.

House Volunteer Coordinators | Strengthening the House Community

DWA’s five Houses—Venus, Jupiter, Mercury, Mars, and Saturn—bring students together across age groups and classes, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support.

House Volunteer Coordinators work with their peers to encourage participation, strengthen connections, and contribute to their House community.

Dormitory Floor Leaders | Leading Through Everyday Actions

Leadership also begins with everyday responsibilities. Dormitory floor leaders help foster a positive residential community, learning to look out for others and contribute to a supportive living environment.

Kunpeng Ambassadors | Making a Difference Behind the Scenes

Through everyday volunteer service, Kunpeng Ambassadors help make DWA a more welcoming and supportive community.

A video shown at the launch ceremony celebrated these students and their contributions, reminding everyone that leadership can be just as meaningful away from the spotlight.

02 从热爱出发，让改变发生

From Passion to Action

本学年，鼎文涌现了许多丰富多彩的学生社团，包括英语阅读社、篮球社、商业社、游泳社、健身社等。学校也鼓励有想法、有热情的学生主动申请成立新社团并担任社长。在“鲲鹏领袖计划”启动仪式上，来自不同学部的社团代表分享了他们与社团的故事。

Aiden Han｜飞友俱乐部

“收到飞机模型后，我就开始对飞机着迷。后来，和我一起聊飞机的学长升入了中学，我便想：能不能在鼎文成立一个飞友俱乐部？”

从个人兴趣到发起社团，Aiden希望与更多同学分享航空的乐趣，并计划通过模型组装、航空知识学习和飞行员分享等活动，一起探索更广阔的世界。

Serina Jiang｜SHE space 女性互助计划

“参与志愿服务时，我和伙伴们发现，我们可以为校园里的女生和女老师做得更多。”

从卫生巾互助站到为老师准备红糖姜茶，Serina和伙伴们将关怀落实为日常行动，并由此发起 SHE space。对她们而言，责任始于看见需求，也在主动回应中逐渐深化。

Winnie Li｜心理社

“我参与校园志愿服务，也在心理社尝试用自己的方式帮助他人。”

从考前减压活动到心理健康分享，Winnie和社员们希望让心理知识走近更多同学，并期待与其他社团展开合作。社团不仅是兴趣的汇聚，也为学生提供了理解他人、携手成长的空间。

三个故事，三种起点。热爱让人愿意开始，责任让行动有了方向，协作则让改变走得更远。

DWA offers a growing range of student clubs, including English Reading, Basketball, Business, Swimming, and Fitness. Students are also encouraged to propose new clubs and take on leadership roles as club presidents.

At the launch ceremony, three students shared the stories behind their initiatives.

Aiden Han | The Aviation Club

“After receiving an aircraft model, I became fascinated by planes. Later, when an older student I often talked about aviation with moved up to middle school, I started wondering whether we could start an aviation club at DWA.”

Aiden hopes to bring aviation enthusiasts together through model building, aviation learning, and talks with pilots, giving students more opportunities to explore the world of flight.

Serina Jiang | SHE space

“While volunteering, my friends and I realised there was more we could do to support girls and female teachers in our school community.”

From a period-product sharing station to preparing brown sugar and ginger tea for teachers, Serina and her peers have turned their concern for others into practical support through SHE space.

Their initiative began with recognising a need and deciding to do something about it.

Winnie Li | The Psychology Club

“I take part in volunteer activities around campus, and through the Psychology Club, I have also been exploring ways to support others.”

From pre-exam stress-relief activities to mental health awareness sessions, Winnie and her fellow club members aim to make psychological knowledge more accessible to students. They also hope to collaborate with other clubs to reach more of the school community.

Three students, three different starting points. Each shows how an interest can grow into an initiative that benefits others.

03 在鼎文，领导力是一套完整的培养体系

Building Leadership Through Experience

为培养学生的领导力与全球胜任力，鼎文学校建立了完整的“学生领导力培养体系”，也为同学们搭建了多元的实践舞台：从学生会、学生社团到校园与社区服务，从校园大使到职业体验，让学生在真实的参与中发现潜能、积累勇气、学会担当。

学术校长 Maggie Ye 在致辞中分享了鼎文对于鲲鹏领袖的期待，学校期待他们不只关注自身成长，也能思考如何为身边的人带来改变，成为问题的发现者、思考者和解决者，以及学生声音的倾听者与倡导者。学校也将持续给予支持与鼓励，让每一份热爱都有生长的空间，让每一个想法都有实践的机会，让每一份努力都能汇聚成积极的改变。

DWA has established a student leadership development framework that helps students build leadership skills and global competence through practical opportunities.

Through Student Council, student clubs, campus and community service, school ambassador roles, and workplace experiences, students can explore their potential and learn to take responsibility in different settings.

In her address, Academic Principal Maggie Ye shared the school’s expectations for its Kunpeng Future Leaders. She encouraged students to look beyond their own development and consider how they could make a positive difference to others.

DWA hopes its student leaders will learn to identify problems, think critically, find solutions, and advocate for their peers. The school will continue to support students in developing their ideas and putting them into practice.
