中职→高职→本科→硕士→博士→清华博士后重庆云阳小伙胡涞,凭借顽强的毅力与执着追求,用十七年时间实现了自己的梦想。

From vocational school to a Tsinghua postdoc, Hu Lai, a young man from Yunyang, Chongqing, turned his dream into reality over 17 years of relentless perseverance.

胡涞来自重庆云阳,从云阳职业教育中心(中职)高考,考入重庆机电职业技术学院(高职),到重庆工商大学(专升本)到贵州大学(硕士研究生),再到西安交通大学(博士研究生),最后到清华大学(博士后),他用6200多个日夜的执着坚持完成这场逆袭。

我无法决定自己的起点,能做的就是不停奔向梦想的终点。

2007年,只有14岁的胡涞,进入云阳职业教育中心。一次在广东电子厂打工的经历,成了他命运的转折点。每天在流水线上重复十五六个小时的工作,让他明白了一个道理:缺乏核心技术的劳动,容易陷入机械重复,真正能立足社会的是过硬的本事

At just 14 years old, Hu entered Yunyang Vocational Education Center in 2007. A dull factory job in Guangdong — 16 hours a day on a production line — made him realize: without core skills, work is just repetition. Real expertise is what gives one lasting foothold in the world.

回到学校后,胡涞开始拼命学习。恰逢职教中心开设高考班,他抓住机会考入重庆机电职业技术学院。毕业时,胡涞获得了留校任教的机会,对于家境普通的他来说,这是一份稳定的“金饭碗”。但他并没有留下,因为他有另一个坚定的想法“我要专升本”。

对于胡涞这个决定,家人起初是不支持的,为此他还和父亲大吵一架。胡涞揣着为数不多的积蓄回到出租屋,一袋米、一个电饭煲、几袋榨菜支撑着他的求学决心。

Back at vocational school, he studied obsessively, got into Chongqing Vocational and Technical University of Mechatronics, and was even offered a teaching job upon graduation. But he turned it down — he wanted a full bachelor's degree.

His family disagreed; a heated argument with his father followed. With little savings, he moved back to his rented room, living on rice and pickled vegetables.

本科毕业后,胡涞不甘心就此停下脚步,又萌生了考研的想法。但是考研的道路并不顺利,两次考研失败经历也曾让他想过放弃,但是他很快振奋精神,最终考入贵州大学攻读研究生。

After his bachelor's, he twice failed the master's entrance exam but didn't quit. He quickly recovered and was eventually admitted to Guizhou University.

2019年,胡涞成功进入西安交通大学攻读博士学位,博一期间即担纲国家重大专项技术攻关、团队协调工作,毕业时,发表了12篇SCI论文。2024年,他进入清华大学机械工程系开展博士后研究工作。

In 2019, he began a PhD at Xi'an Jiaotong University. By his first year, he was already leading work on a major national research project. He graduated with 12 SCI papers, and in 2024 started his postdoc at Tsinghua University.

精湛技艺是立足的磐石,十七年时间完成人生“精密制造”。

在职教学校实训车间,老师对0.02毫米误差的严苛要求,让胡涞养成了对技术精度的极致要求,因为这段学习经历,胡涞在专业学习上更加得心应手。“从基础实操到设计、制造、工艺我都懂,设计东西,你亲手做过,就知道它能不能用,成本多少。”

In the vocational school workshop, his teacher's strict requirement — keeping errors within 0.02 mm — instilled in Hu an extreme demand for precision. That training made him excel in his professional studies. "I understand everything from hands-on operations to design, manufacturing, and processes," he said. "When you've built something yourself, you know if it works and how much it costs."

如今,作为国家重点研发计划的骨干,胡涞在科技创新的前沿奋力攀登,挑战MW级磁悬浮飞轮储能技术,瞄准新能源领域的关键瓶颈,攻克航空航天数控机床高速切削技术的世界级难题,将加工精度推向微米级。

从弥漫着机油味的中职实训车间,到追求微米、纳米精度的国家级科研实验室,胡涞的目标清晰而炽热,“以尖端科研报效国家,并倾尽全力回馈滋养职业教育沃土。”

Today, as a core member of a national R&D team, Hu tackles cutting-edge challenges — from MW-level maglev energy storage to micron-precision aerospace machining. His journey, from a grease-scented vocational workshop to a national lab, drives his clear goal: "Serve the country through top research and give back to the vocational system that nurtured me."
