心若挂碍，处处是枷锁；心若释然，抬眼皆清风|main|小和尚|挂碍

何为挂碍？

就是那些拿不起又放不下的执念，求不得又舍不掉的欲望，忘不了又解不开的心结。它们织成一张无形的网，将我们困在过去的遗憾和未来的忧虑中，唯独错过了当下的清风与阳光。

有个经典的故事：小和尚问师父如何放下，师父让他端着一杯热水，直到烫得忍不住松手。师父说：“痛了，自然就放下了。”生活中的我们，何尝不是那个紧握烫手水杯的小和尚？明明知道执着于某些人、某些事只会让自己痛苦，却偏偏要等到被烫伤才肯松手。

心若挂碍，处处是枷锁。

带着焦虑的心，再美的风景也黯然失色；带着怨恨的心，再甜的甘露也索然无味。世界还是那个世界，变的只是我们的心境。枷锁从来不在外界，而在我们如何看待外界。

心若释然，抬眼皆清风。

这不是说要变得麻木不仁，而是学会在经历中淬炼出一份豁达。释然，是看透无常后的从容，是历经得失后的坦然，是洞明世事后的慈悲。

如何修炼一颗释然之心？

首先，学会区分什么是你能够改变的，什么是不能改变的。为能够改变的事情全力以赴，对不能改变的事情坦然接受。这份智慧，是释然的第一步。
