不论是英语之中还是中文之中，都里离不开一个数字 “3”，不论是“事不过三”、“三碗不过岗”、“三人行”等等，而且就连排比修辞手法也是规定至少三个句式相同的句子。虽然上面提到的“三”不乏虚数（并不表示一定是三），但它出现的频率最高、表示的意义最广。特别是在描写中，写两点感觉缺了点啥，写四点感觉冗杂了点，三点则是最大众最保守和最多人的选择。英语中也不例外，而最简单的使用方式就是：
A,B and C或者就单纯的三个形容词、短语、句子并列
eg.
1. Sunny, confident, expert at expression, but a sense of alienation brought the unique and irresistible charm.阳光、自信、善于表达却又带着一丝疏离感，赋予他独特而又让人难以抗拒的吸引力。
2. Tall, quick witted, patient and with a healthy built, Mr.C is one of the absolutely necessary elements which consists of my whole senior high school.身姿挺拔、思维灵敏而为人耐心的C先生是我高中生涯中不可或缺的元素。
3. While we made a very attempt to do most of that on scratch paper to keep silence and to show our respects, the teacher cautioned us a month before the Gaokao.尽管我们为了保持安静和尊重老师，已经尽最大努力在草稿本上交流，老师依然在高考前一个月提醒我们注意。
写作小故事一篇：
Sunny, confident, expert at expression, but a sense of alienation brought the unique and irresistible charm. I couldn’t help myself from breaking Mr.C's mask and longed to be true friends.
Mr.C always bought a bottle of beverage after noon rest every day and hardly drank plain boiled water. I thought the smell of orange drink was really awful, so he would bought it as little as possible. I made the first step.
Tall, quick witted, patient and with a healthy built, Mr.C is one of the absolutely necessary elements which consists of my whole senior high school. However, all of those qualities aforementioned are less as essential as the tacit mutual understanding between us. While I couldn’t remember for certain that it was when Mr.C became so important. And if there was ever a moment that I cherished the most these years, it was when we had an eye contact and then two smiles followed.
We liked discussing and questioning on the class. While we made a very attempt to do most of that on scratch paper to keep silence and to show our respects, the teacher cautioned us a month before the Gaokao. (But how it could be a barrier on our way to collage?)We had no resolution to it for the head teacher stood by the window and kept an eye on us. (The first several days were really a tough time.) I sat there uncomfortably.
