馒头,是中国传统面食之一,是一种用发酵的面蒸成的食品。馒头以小麦面粉为主要原料,是中国人日常主食之一。传说馒头是三国时期季汉丞相诸葛亮发明,中国人吃馒头的历史,至少可追溯到战国时期。它的制作过程中,需要把面粉加酵母,用水、或食用碱等混合均匀,通过揉制、饧发后蒸熟而成的食品,成品外形为半球形或长方形。
