编者的话
又来到一年一度的世界读书日，在过去的一年里，你读了多少本书呢？有哪些书让你印象深刻？你记住了某一首诗或是某一句话吗？你的阅读口味同往年相比，又有什么变化吗？
我们准备了一份“普鲁斯特问卷”，邀请大家来回答。我们将为认真回答问卷的读者，提供[创意写作坊]独家世界读书日活动盲盒图书礼包一份。
问卷回答请以word的形式发送至邮箱：Joselfw@yeah.net，收到邮件后，若选用，我们会在一周以内给予回复，超过一周未回复，则表示未被选用。
注：普鲁斯特问卷（Proust Questionnaire）由一系列问题组成，问题包括被提问者的生活、思想、价值观及人生经验等。因著作《追忆逝水年华》而闻名的马塞尔·普鲁斯特（Marcel Proust）并不是这份问卷的发明者，但这份问卷因为他特别的答案而出名，并在当年时髦的巴黎人沙龙中颇为流行。因此后人将这份问卷命名为“Proust Questionnaire”。
普鲁斯特在13岁和20岁的时候分别做了一次调查，答案有很大不同，后来研究普鲁斯特的人士还以此为依据来分析一个作家成长的变化。再后来，名利场（Vanity Fair）杂志开始在每期封底搞普鲁斯特问卷专栏，专门挑一些知名人士来回答。
该问卷由35个问题组成，通过该问卷问答，能较为全面地展示答卷者的价值观、兴趣爱好及特质，但仅供参考。
