    新鲜采摘的口蘑500克,清水冲洗干净,捞出控水,拧或者崴掉菌柄;

    底面煎得金黄,小盏儿里出汁了,依次翻面,继续煎,这时候把口蘑的菌柄也丢进锅里,一边煎一边用个剪刀,把口蘑剪两半;
    倒入清水1000克,下入盐5克、白胡椒粉3克,煮5分钟;
    煮的过程中,切2根小香葱、2根香菜,大约各20克,出锅前撒上香葱、香菜

  1. 其次把蒸好的米饭,盛到小米饭碗里,倒扣到大海碗或者深盘子里,撒点熟的黑芝麻点缀

  1. 把口蘑鲜汤盛入米饭周围,即可食用
