青椒鸡蛋的做法

  1. 起锅不放油,下青椒碎加点盐翻炒至软

  1. 将炒软的青椒盛入鸡蛋碗中,加点胡椒粉和生抽→充分搅打均匀

  1. 起锅油热(油量要大些)倒入鸡蛋液,煎香一面再煎另一面

  1. 两面煎香即可!
