牛油果虽然营养价值高,但是无奈儿子不爱吃,为了让他吃真是绞尽脑汁,做了这款牛油果香蕉马芬杯,其实也可以都用牛油果的,刚好家里有没消耗完的香蕉就放一起了,味道还不错。

玉米油

40克

低筋面粉

150克

泡打粉

5克

葡萄干或者蔓越莓干

牛油果香蕉马芬杯的做法

  1. 牛油果去内核切小块,香蕉扒皮切片

  1. 加入砂糖用打蛋器中速搅打均匀,这样可以把牛油果和香蕉打碎,预热烤箱175°。我是给宝宝吃所以没加太多糖,甜度不够的可以适当多加一些的。

  1. 加入一个鸡蛋继续搅打,打匀为止

  1. 筛入低粉和泡打粉,注意泡打粉是必放的,否则做出来的马芬杯会非常瓷实,不好吃。推荐进口泡打粉~美国的拉姆雷德或者日本的AIKOKU的不错,无铝更安全。
