第三步:

锅中倒入食用油2汤匙,烧热,腌制好的鸡块一块块放入锅中,中小火慢慢煎。耐心点,将鸡块煎至两面金黄,表面微微焦香。鸡块煎好后,先盛出备用。锅中留底油,放入姜片和大部分大葱段,以及葱白丝,用中小火慢慢煸炒。一定要把葱的香味彻底煸炒出来,炒到葱段微微变软,香气扑鼻。

第四步:

煎好的鸡块倒回锅中,和煸香的葱段一起翻炒均匀,让鸡块沾上浓浓的葱香味。倒入之前调好的灵魂酱汁,大火烧开后,转成中小火,盖上锅盖,开始焖煮。焖煮时间20分钟,汤汁变得有些浓稠时,就可以开盖了。尝一下味道,加少许盐或生抽调整。
