主料:脆藕1节

辅料:青椒半个、红椒半个

调料:番茄酱3勺、白醋2勺、白糖1勺、生抽1勺、淀粉1勺、清水适量

做法:

1.莲藕削皮,先切厚片,再改刀成小丁。青红椒也切成同样大小的丁,备用。

2.藕丁放入碗中,撒上1勺干淀粉,用手抓匀,让每个藕丁都薄薄地裹上一层粉。

3.在一个小碗里,按照3勺番茄酱、2勺白醋、1勺白糖、1勺生抽的比例,混合,再加入小半碗清水,搅拌均匀。

4.锅中倒油,油热后下入藕丁,中火翻炒2-3分钟,直到藕丁表面微微金黄。然后倒入调好的糖醋汁,大火烧开,转中火咕嘟一会儿,让藕丁充分吸收汤汁。

5.汤汁变得浓稠时,下入青红椒丁,快速翻炒几下,断生,即可关火。
