初秋季节,盲目“贴秋膘”,费钱又无益,你要如何养身体?

第二步,嫩豆腐简单冲洗一下,用刀给它切成小四方豆腐块,金针菇去根,洗净掰散就可以,香葱和生姜分别切香葱末,姜末待用。
第三步,开大火烧热油锅,倒油在锅中转两圈,油温烧至3成热,转小火放入虾头翻炒,炒的时候用锅铲把虾头压一压,将虾油炒出来。
第四步,炒出虾油后,转大火放入香葱末,姜末炒出香味,倒入金针菇翻炒1分钟,炒到金针菇变软,变半熟就行。
第五步,往油锅里添加适量热水,放入豆腐块,等烧开后盖上锅盖,转中小火将豆腐块煮10分钟,煮到汤色泛白。
第六步,倒入虾尾,加适量盐,少许鸡精调味,继续煮3分钟,待虾尾发红变熟即可关火,起锅将煮好的汤盛出来就可以了。
操作贴士:
这道汤味道非常鲜美,其关键在于虾一定要挑选鲜活的,不新鲜或者冻虾做出来的味道差别会很大。
炒虾头的时候要记得用锅铲把它压一压,这样让虾油能够完全炒出来,但全程必须要保持小火才行。
家里如果有孩子或者老人的话,最好把虾的壳剥掉,这样食用会比较更方便一些。
