为什么会有人嘴唇发紫?

据人民日报健康客户端报道,唇色不仅是颜值的一部分,更是人体健康状况的 “提示器”。五脏六腑的气血通达于嘴唇,其颜色变化反映了身体的状态。

唇色青紫多提示心肺功能不佳,常见于慢阻肺、冠心病等气血运行不畅的患者。这种颜色变化反映出体内存在瘀血或缺氧情况,是心肺功能异常及血液循环障碍的外在表现。

Lip color can reflect overall health, particularly blood circulation and oxygen levels. A bluish or purplish tint may indicate poor cardiopulmonary function, often linked to conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or coronary heart disease, and is commonly associated with hypoxia or impaired blood flow.

浙江省中医院中医内科主任夏永良指出,唇色发还可能是血瘀所致。比如一些女性患者平时唇色偏紫且伴有怕冷症状,可能是寒凝血瘀,常见于体质偏寒的个体,这类女性经期时嘴唇颜色变暗并伴随腹痛,这表明体内寒气凝滞导致血行不畅。

因此,建议这类人群先到医院妇科、呼吸内科或心血管科进行必要的检查。如排除器质性病变,仅为血瘀的病理状态,则可以通过食疗、艾灸、中药等方式进行针对性调理。

Experts say it may also be linked to blood stasis. Some women with cold-sensitive constitutions may have darker lips, along with sensitivity to cold and menstrual pain, indicating poor circulation. Those with persistent symptoms are advised to seek medical evaluation. If no underlying disease is found, dietary changes or traditional therapies may help improve circulation.

猝死,注意身体“求救信号

心源性猝死是由心脏原因导致的、在1小时内发生的突然死亡。心源性猝死占所有猝死原因的80%以上。

数据显示:我国每年心源性猝死超54万人,相当于每天1500人离开,而抢救成功率不足1%。

Sudden cardiac death, an unexpected fatal event within one hour of symptom onset, accounts for over 80 percent of cases. In China, it claims more than 540,000 lives each year, with a survival rate below 1 percent.

长期吃外卖、熬夜加班、频繁应酬、吸烟喝酒、运动不当、情绪起伏等,都是年轻人诱发心源性猝死的高危因素。但不少年轻人自恃年轻、身体好,对轻微不适觉得扛一扛就过去了,即使出现胸痛、胸闷等关键信号,也未能重视,一旦急性发作,往往错失抢救时机。

许多人以为猝死总是突然发生,其实身体早已向我们发出预警信号。哪些症状是身体在警告我们?

① 间歇性胸痛、胸部压榨感:有人形容其感觉像“胸部被反复挤压”,这种疼痛可能突然出现,频繁发作,剧烈而持久。

② 频繁心悸、呼吸困难、胸闷:由于心室颤动,心脏出现不规则的抖动,这种毫无规律的收缩不能保证心脏的泵血功能,血液积存在肺中,则会产生呼吸困难、胸闷的感觉。

③ 头晕、晕厥:大脑对缺氧尤其敏感,由于没有足够的氧气,人体就会出现头晕的现象。尤其情绪激动、剧烈运动等刺激下忽然晕倒过去。

一旦突发胸闷、胸痛且不能缓解,或症状短暂但频繁发作,要高度警惕。如果突然心跳加速或感觉心脏停跳,然后剧烈搏动,并伴随眼前发黑,或出现无诱因的持续乏力、睡眠中惊醒等,均需及时就医排查心脏问题。

Though often seen as sudden, warning signs may appear in advance. These include chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness and fainting, as well as unexplained fatigue, sudden rapid heartbeat or waking abruptly during sleep.

预防猝死:记住这个口诀!

预防远比抢救重要一万倍!记牢“一戒、二控、三调、四改善”口诀:

“一戒”:戒烟!烟草是心脏头号杀手。

“二控”:控体重控“三高”。减肥,把血压血糖血脂稳住。

“三调”:调饮食:多吃蔬果,少油少盐少糖。调情绪:少生气,心态放平。调节奏:别透支身体,学会减压。

“四改善”:不熬夜,保证睡眠。多沟通,和家人朋友聊聊。改善环境,工作生活别太压抑。动起来,适度运动,别久坐不动。

Experts stress prevention through lifestyle changes, including quitting smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, managing blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol, along with adequate sleep, regular exercise and stress reduction.
