这里，以珍珠奶茶为例，若从杯盖正中间插入吸管，如上图B、C、D所示，在饮品满杯的情况下，吸管戳破封口的一瞬间，你很可能会遭遇奶茶“飙出”的攻击！
If you pierce the center of the lid on a full cup of bubble tea (options B, C, or D), you risk an immediate tea splash.
如果你侥幸躲过了，并且选择D项，将吸管垂直竖立于杯中，此时，奶茶内部空间被一分为二，杯中的珍珠也随之进入两侧，最后想要彻底将杯内的珍珠吃完，恐怕只能借助摇动杯身或转动吸管来完成了。
而对于B和C选项，它们的不同之处在于吸管切口的位置，若是直接将吸管切口处对准杯底（如C选项）可谓“天崩开局”！若不尝试多次转动吸管，怕是很难“捕捉”杯内的全部珍珠。
而B选项相比之下，则略胜一筹！
Option D (straw straight down) splits the drink in two, making it hard to get all the pearls without shaking or rotating the straw.
Option C (cut end facing the bottom) is even worse — you'll struggle to catch the pearls. Option B is slightly better.
当然，最佳方式还是A选项！
The best method? Option A.
具体做法：
倾斜杯身，选择上面留有空隙的地方将吸管紧贴一侧杯壁插入，吸管切口朝向另外一侧杯壁，这时候，吸管切口与另一侧杯壁之间形成一个最大的间隙，此刻，流体流动阻力小，珍珠随奶茶能更顺畅进入吸管。
Option A is tilting the cup and inserting the straw close to the side wall, with the cut end facing the opposite wall. This creates the largest gap for pearls to be sucked up smoothly.

- Oval hole → for sipping (prevents burns, keeps cheese foam layered)
- Tiny pinhole → air vent (stops vacuum, reduces spills)
还有一些奶茶杯盖在设计上带有“字母孔”（如下图），这是为了方便店员在出餐时标记饮料用的：比如A是奶茶，B是热巧克力，把杯盖上相应的字母按下去，那么即便杯盖不透明，店员也知道要制作和传递的是哪种饮料了。
Some lids also have letter-shaped perforations (A for milk tea, B for hot chocolate) so staff can mark drinks without opening the lid.
值得一提的是，很多冷饮杯的透明杯盖，其实反扣还能当临时杯垫，可以防止杯子上冷凝水的滴落。
And one more trick: Take a clear cold-drink lid and flip it upside down. This makes the lid double as a coaster for condensation.
