The project will fully implement Soonfor's smart manufacturing system,empowering a time-honored European home furnishings group with cutting-edge Chinese smart manufacturing expertise,and jointly charting a new course for intelligent transformation in the global home furnishings industry.
项目主要目标：
1.将帮助Portax集团构建起覆盖六大工厂的统一协同平台；
2.通过APS高级排程，实现跨工厂的齐套管理与精细化排程，大幅提升订单交付效率；
3.借助WMS智能仓储系统，优化库存周转与仓库作业效率；
4.依托MRP物料需求计划，打通从采购到生产的物料全链路管控；
5.同时，结合销售预测与库存数据的精准联动，让供应链响应更敏捷、更智能；
6.深度融合生产执行、质量追溯、设备管理与工艺管控等模块，打造透明化、精益化的数字化车间，确保每一个生产环节都可视、可控、可优化。
Project Objectives:
1.It will help Portax Group build a unified collaboration platform covering six major factories;
2.Realize complete management and refined scheduling across factories through APS advanced scheduling,and greatly improve order delivery efficiency;
3.Optimize inventory turnover and warehouse operation efficiency with WMS intelligent warehousing system;
4.Rely on the MRP material demand plan to open up the whole link control of materials from purchase to production;
5.At the same time,combined with the precise linkage between sales forecast and inventory data,the supply chain will respond more quickly and intelligently;
6.Deeply integrate the modules of production execution,quality traceability,equipment management and process control,create a transparent and lean digital workshop,and ensure that every production link is visible,controllable and optimized.
