1.准备食材，新鲜乌鸡半只，小米辣适量，鲜花椒，生姜大蒜头适量，小葱香菜各适量！

2.处理食材，首先把鸡肉清洗干净，然后砍成大小均匀的块状，小葱香菜切成段，小葱可以留两根，少许姜片单独放在一起，小米辣切圈！

3.开始制作，首先起锅烧水，水中加入小葱和姜片，料酒适量，水开之后倒入鸡块，把鸡块煮熟之后捞出备用！
