1.准备食材，新鲜鸭肉半只，新鲜子姜可以多一点，大蒜头和生姜少许，二荆条和小米辣适量，野山椒适量，鲜花椒适量！

2.首先把鸭肉砍成条，大小均匀一点，也不要砍得太大，要不然会没有那么入味的！

3.食材清洗干净，仔姜切片，生姜大蒜头剁成颗粒，野山椒切圈，小米辣和二荆条切块备用！

4.开始制作，首先起锅烧油，油热倒入鸭肉爆炒，炒至油色清亮，然后倒入鲜花椒，野山椒，姜蒜末炒香！

5.继续加入适量红油豆瓣酱增香提色炒出红油，加半罐啤酒，调味加适量盐，少许白糖，生抽和胡椒粉，盖上锅盖烧至入味！
