用一道美食，换你一天的好心情。大家好，我是美食胡先生，今天要给大家分享的这道美食很特别，同时也很美味，说起它的名字大家可能也比较熟悉，它就是—泡椒牛蛙。

牛蛙是一种来自水中的食材，有人喜欢它，也有人讨厌它，它以其肥美和细嫩的口感著称。与红火的泡椒巧妙地碰撞，这样的结合带来了意想不到的美味和感官的刺激。经过专业烹制后，泡椒的独特香气被牢牢锁在牛蛙的肉质中，让人垂涎欲滴。

泡椒牛蛙是一道流行于各大小餐厅的美食，由于它的价格对很多人来说有点偏贵，所以很多人就想在家制作，但是始终做不出那种美味，今天我就把它的做法分享给大家，喜欢的朋友可以跟着我一起来制作哦！

1.准备食材，新鲜牛蛙两只，二荆条适量，生姜大蒜头适量，新鲜花椒适量，泡椒和泡姜各适量，野山椒适量！

2.把宰杀好的牛蛙清洗干净，然后冲洗干净，控干水分倒入碗中，码味去腥加适量盐，料酒，胡椒粉，少许鸡精味精，然后用手抓拌均匀之后再加适量干淀粉再次抓匀腌制备用！

3.其余食材清洗干净，生姜大蒜头剁成颗粒，泡椒和泡姜剁细，泡椒留少许切成圈，野山椒也切圈，二荆条也切成圈！

4.开始制作，首先起锅烧油，油热倒入牛蛙滑散至定型，然后起锅控油！
