步骤一；

准备食材，新鲜宰杀的乌鱼一条，大蒜头可以多一点，小米辣适量，小葱两根，青大蒜一根，生姜一块！

步骤二；

把乌鱼改刀，片成均匀的薄片，然后放入碗中码味去腥，加适量盐，料酒，胡椒粉，少许鸡精味精，用手充分抓拌均匀，然后再加适量干淀粉再次抓匀腌制备用！

步骤三；

把所需食材都清洗干净，小米辣剁碎，大蒜头剁成蒜泥，青蒜苗切碎！
