1.准备食材，新鲜梅花肉一块，听说这样的肉吃起来很嫩口感很好哦，小米辣和二荆条少许，酸菜适量，野山椒少许，生姜大蒜头适量，喜欢吃的蔬菜适量，这个用来打底，荤素搭配吃起来没有那么腻哦，我用的是豆芽和娃娃菜，有条件的再准备一点鲜花椒就可以了！

2.首先把梅花肉切成肉片，厚薄要均匀，切好之后放入盆中码味去腥，加适量盐，胡椒粉和料酒，少许鸡精味精，用手抓拌均匀之后再加适量干淀粉，再次抓匀之后加少许食用油锁住水分，腌制备用！

3.继续处理以上食材，小米辣和二荆条切圈，生姜大蒜头剁成末，酸菜改刀切小一点，自己喜欢的蔬菜清洗干净控干水分备用！

4.开始制作，首先起锅烧油，油热以后放入适量干花椒和生姜大蒜末爆香，然后再放入酸菜炒香，炒香之后倒入野山椒，加适量清水！

5.开始调味，适量盐，胡椒粉，倒入蔬菜，煮至蔬菜断生再放适量鸡精味精，少许白糖，适量白醋，调好味道之后用漏勺捞出蔬菜装入汤碗中！
