忙碌了一天，最盼望的就是回到家，桌上摆着几道热腾腾的家常菜，再倒上一杯小酒，一口菜一口酒，这才是生活最踏实的幸福。今天就给大家分享三道我家餐桌上的"常驻嘉宾"——蒜苔炒鱿鱼须、香辣豆豉鱼块、黄瓜拌猪耳朵，道道下饭下酒，口感丰富，味道一绝，保证你吃过就爱上！别再犹豫了，赶紧点赞关注加收藏吧，这样就能第一时间看到我每天都在分享的美食菜谱。
这道菜是我家饭桌上的"人气王"，鱿鱼须的Q弹搭配蒜苔的脆嫩，再加上酱香味的加持，简直是米饭杀手！
食材： 鱿鱼须300克、蒜苔200克、蒜末、姜片、生抽、蚝油、料酒、白糖、盐适量。
做法：
鱿鱼须清洗干净，切成小段，冷水下锅加料酒焯水30秒捞出备用。蒜苔洗净切段，锅中油热后先爆香蒜末和姜片，倒入鱿鱼须大火快炒，淋入生抽、蚝油、少许白糖提鲜，翻炒均匀后加入蒜苔段，继续大火翻炒两分钟，蒜苔断生即可出锅。
鱿鱼须入口弹牙有嚼劲，蒜苔脆生生的带着清甜，酱香裹着鲜味，一口一个停不下来。配米饭能多吃两碗，配啤酒更是绝配！
二、香辣豆豉鱼块——外酥里嫩，香辣过瘾
如果说有一道菜能同时征服爱吃辣和不爱吃辣的人，那一定是这道香辣豆豉鱼块。豆豉的咸香和辣椒的热烈碰在一起，鱼肉外酥里嫩，好吃到想舔盘子！
食材： 草鱼块400克、豆豉2勺、干辣椒、花椒、葱姜蒜、生抽、老抽、料酒、白糖、淀粉适量。
做法：
草鱼块洗净沥干，加料酒、生抽、少许盐腌制15分钟，再裹上一层薄薄的淀粉。锅中多放些油，油温六成热时放入鱼块，中火煎至两面金黄酥脆后捞出。锅中留底油，爆香干辣椒、花椒、葱姜蒜，再加入豆豉炒出香味，倒入煎好的鱼块，加生抽、老抽、白糖调味，翻炒均匀让每块鱼都裹上酱汁，撒上葱花即可出锅。
一口咬下去，外面是酥脆的外壳，里面是嫩滑的鱼肉，豆豉的咸鲜和辣椒的香辣在嘴里炸开，那种满足感简直无法形容。用来下酒，再合适不过了！
三、黄瓜拌猪耳朵——清爽开胃，下酒神器
大鱼大肉吃多了，就需要这道凉拌菜来"解腻"。猪耳朵脆脆的口感配上黄瓜的清爽，拌上秘制料汁，酸辣爽口，是夏天的灵魂下酒菜！
食材： 卤猪耳朵1个、黄瓜1根、蒜末、小米辣、香菜、生抽、香醋、辣椒油、白糖、香油适量。
做法：
卤好的猪耳朵切成薄片，黄瓜拍碎后切小块，一起放入大碗中。另取小碗调汁：蒜末、小米辣圈、生抽两勺、香醋一勺、辣椒油一勺、白糖半勺、香油少许，搅拌均匀后淋在菜上，撒上香菜拌匀即可。
猪耳朵嚼起来咯吱咯吱的，脆嫩弹牙，黄瓜清爽多汁，料汁酸辣开胃，一口下去满嘴都是香。不管是佐饭还是配酒，都让人欲罢不能。
