一、蛋黄青蟹
青蟹是江浙沿海一带优质的海产食材，肉质紧实饱满，鲜甜细嫩，自带纯粹的海洋鲜味，一直是江浙宴席上的热门硬菜。而丽水特色蛋黄青蟹，将海蟹的鲜甜与咸蛋黄的沙糯浓香完美融合，碰撞出层次绝佳的舌尖风味。

六、安仁鱼头汤
