豆角焖面好吃有诀窍，这样做不干不黏吃着香，连吃5天不嫌腻|五花肉|猪肉|美味菜肴|豆芽|豆角焖面|面条

中国是个地大物博的国家，每个地方都有不同特色的美食。就像中国的南方和北方因为地理环境和饮食文化的差异，美食自然也有很大的不同，南方人喜欢吃米饭，而北方人则特别喜欢吃面食。面粉看起来普通，但经过加工后就可以做成各种各样的美食，如包子、馒头、面条，还可以做成糕点。对于地道的北方人来说，哪天不吃点面食，都会感觉缺少了点什么，尤其是面条，汤面、捞面、拌面、油泼面，换着花样做，也是百吃不厌。

豆角焖面

喜欢吃面条，不仅因为面条的美味，更重要的是面条快捷、省事，下班回家没有那么长时间做饭，一二十分钟就能做出可口的面条，有汤、有菜、有肉，有主食，关键还省事。我家每周雷打不动的就是这种面条的做法，有肉有菜吃着香，连吃5天都不会腻，这就是豆角焖面。焖面最适合的配菜应该就是豆角了吧。

豆角焖面

没有面条的北方餐桌是不完整的，没有豆角的焖面也总感觉欠缺点什么，不仅仅因为豆角便宜实惠，更是因为豆角脆嫩的口感与软糯面条的结合，香煎过的五花肉穿插其中，口感层次极为丰富，当真是连吃五天不嫌腻，喜欢吃面的朋友可要收藏好了，简单易学，方便美味。

豆角200g，豆芽100g，猪肉200g，熟面条500g，生抽1勺，老抽半勺，陈醋1勺，鸡精半勺，小葱2棵，大蒜5瓣。

1、豆角洗净后切成长段，撒上一勺食盐抓匀腌制一下，这样处理过的豆角更容易入味。

2、五花肉带皮切成薄片。现在猪肉这么贵，正常吃个饭都要肉疼一会，没办法，该吃还是要吃的。

3、炒锅中加少量底油，将切好的五花肉下锅小火煸炒出油脂，五花肉两面微微焦黄时即可。

4、将腌好的豆角下锅煸炒至豆角断生后，加一勺生抽，半勺老抽，一勺陈醋翻炒，之后将洗净的豆芽一起下锅翻炒1分钟。

5、炒锅中加入适量开水，汤汁稍稍没过食材即可。煮开后盛出一小碗汤汁备用。
