自从租了块菜地种菜以来，家里的蔬菜基本不用买，偶尔买点自家没有的品种。但是每到夏季这个时候，种的各种蔬菜的产量大的惊人，达到了一年中最大值。两三天就摘好大一篮子，一家三口已经很难消耗掉这些菜了，虽然也会送一些给邻居，但是挡不住它生长速度太惊人，刚摘的还没吃完，又有新的可以收获了。现在每天只有不停的换着各种花样尽快消耗这些食材了。
最近豆角结的特别多，每次摘菜都摘到烦躁，哈哈！一小会就摘一大捆。虽然很享受这种自己种菜的成就感，有的时候也会成负担。平时除了炒，凉拌等，也做了一些豆角泡菜存起来。直接拿来炒菜小朋友已经有些吃腻了，那就试试剁碎做包子，做馅饼吧，多放点肉小孩子还挺喜欢吃的。第一次做小孩子一人就吃了两个，老公也说非常好吃。
这次用的是烫面的面团，就是揉面的时候加的水一半是开水，一半是凉水。个人感觉烫面做出来的面皮软又有嚼劲，很喜欢这个口感。做饼也不一定要用这种面团，也可以用全凉水来揉面。可能我个人特别偏爱这种面团的口感吧。所以这次也用了烫面的面团。下次试试冷水面团的。
原料：
面粉1000克、开水250克、凉水250克、豆角一把、肉糜、盐、料酒、十三香、生抽、香油、葱花。
做法：
1、面粉中加入开水和凉水各一半。（每种面粉的吸水性稍有不同，水不要一次全倒进去，可以稍微留一点，揉一会慢慢再加。）
2、揉成均匀的面团（面团可以揉的软一些。），包好保鲜膜醒发半小时以上。
3、把豆角摘好后清洗干净。
4、豆角放入开水中煮到断生，过冷水备用。（这样做馅饼时，不用担心豆角夹在里边不熟。）
5、把豆角切碎后，加入适量的盐，搅拌均匀后腌制一会挤出多余的水分。
6、肉糜，豆角碎，加入盐、料酒、十三香、生抽、香油、葱花等搅拌均匀，做好的肉馅备用。
7、醒发好的面团分成大小相同的剂子，擀薄后包入适量的肉馅。
8、像包包子一样包好，防止馅料漏出。
9、翻面后按扁，然后擀成小圆饼。
10、电饼铛预热好后，倒入适量的油，放入做好的肉饼。
11、打开上下火，三分钟左右后翻面。
12、烙到两片金黄即可食用。
小贴士：
1、面揉好后一定在醒发一会再开始做饼。
2、剁碎的豆角要挤去多余的水分。
3、饼皮可以做的稍微薄点，口感更好。
4、可以用平底锅烙饼，电饼铛比较智能，不用担心会糊底。
5、喜欢吃辣的，可以在调肉馅的时候加入一些辣椒粉，我感觉辣的也很好吃。
