最近《人民的名义》热播中，祁厅长说侯局长抓了达康书记的前妻此举打破了政治平衡，会引起一系列的连锁反应……呵呵~~关于大政治呢，咱一介草民不懂，就像白天不懂夜的黑一样，可是咱知道当一个习惯了的生活节奏因为某些事被打乱之后，会有多么地不自在，各种的不适应却又不得不去适应……

然后又在朋友圈看到一句话“没有人有义务一直停留在原地，只为了成为过路人眼中的风景”，觉得很有意思，回味良久……

呃~~好像跑题了耶，看着还有点乱哈！I am sorry，言归正传，唯有美食和美景不可辜负，没有出门赏景的小伙伴们，一起动手来做美食吧！今天我想跟大家分享一款蓝莓小酥饼，分享理由之一是酸甜酥脆真心好吃到没朋友，分享理由之二是纯植物油制作吃着更健康，此处应当有图会更有说服力哈！

材料：冷冻蓝莓100克，低筋面粉150克，杏仁粉50克，肉桂粉少许，红糖20克，盐1克，植物油50克，枫糖浆30克。

1、提前一天，新鲜的蓝莓洗净后用厨房纸巾擦干，盛入密闭容器或保鲜袋中，放入冰箱冷冻；

2、将低筋面粉、杏仁粉、肉桂粉、红糖和盐放入盆中，搅拌均匀；

3、加入植物油用双手搓面粉混合物，使其成为粗粗的颗粒；

4、加入枫糖浆用手将面粉混合物揉成团；

5、将面团分成两半，一半用手搓碎，轻轻地压入模具底部；

6、分别铺上冰冻蓝莓；

7、再将剩下的面团搓碎盖在蓝莓上面，轻按平整；

8、烤箱170度预热，烘烤30分钟；

9、晾凉脱去模具，即可。

因为太酥脆了，以至于脱好模后，饼干就成这样了，外表看着不够美是不？不过关键看内涵哈，爆浆的蓝莓，酥脆的碎饼皮，是吃货都知道，这款蓝莓小酥饼一定很好吃咯！

小提示：

1、为了方便按压整形，蓝莓需要提前冻硬；

2、为了方便脱模，建议模具内侧要薄薄地涂一层黄油，没有小模具可以换作大一点的模具来做，注意脱模后切块时要刀快并且动作利落，不然会碎得很没形；

3、烤箱的性能各不相同，烘焙的时间和温度仅供参考，具体制作时，看到蓝莓烤至冒泡爆浆、饼干被烤至琥珀色就OK了。
