营养与美味兼顾的的板栗烧鸡

因为禽流感的缘故，杭州菜场停售活鸡活鸭已经好几年了，自打那以后，吃只活鸡or活鸭，就成了一件特别奢侈的事，所幸朋友们都知道咱懂吃也喜欢吃，时不时地会记得从乡下给咱带只活鸡or活鸭来，嘻嘻~~做个有朋友惦记的吃货真心太幸福鸟！

那天朋友带了只帅气的黑毛鸡给我，都说好马配好鞍，于是就搭配了有着“千果之王”美称的板栗做了一份板栗烧鸡，只做了一些简单的料理，那鸡肉就鲜香得不要不要了，而板栗也因此除了甜糯之外又增添了一种咸鲜的味道，特意没有收得太干的汤汁，用来捞饭那绝对是饭遭殃哈！

食材：土鸡、板栗

调料：姜、葱、料酒、盐、糖、生抽、老抽

制作方法：

1、炒锅加热，倒入斩块的土鸡翻炒，炒至鸡油少许析出；

2、沿着锅边淋入适量料酒，继续翻炒至酒敢挥发；

3、将姜片和葱结加入锅中，往锅中加入适量的热水，水量略浅于鸡块，中小火炖煮约45分钟；

4、将剥壳去衣后的板栗加入锅中，同时加入少许盐、糖、老抽和生抽，中小火炖煮约20分钟，用筷子试一下，筷子能够轻松插穿鸡块，熄火即可。

小提示：

1、关于鸡肉是否需要焯水的问题，这个完全取决于鸡的品质，品质好的鸡料理时，可以无需焯水，直接炒香就可以了；

2、因为鸡肉本身有油份，为了减少油脂的摄入，炒鸡块的时候可以不加油，但是炒锅要先加热到稍高一点的温度；
