春寒料峭时，红枣焖羊肉还是不错哒|红枣|红糖|羊肉|美味菜肴|调料|辣椒

过了元宵节，这个年算是过完了，各位小伙伴们这个年过得可好呀？

虽然这年是过完了，可是这日子还远没过完哈！柴米油盐酱醋茶，锅碗瓢盆桌椅凳，生活还得在琐碎中继续ing……

都说每逢佳节胖三斤，按理来说，节后应当进入清肠期，多吃一些素净的东东，可是一则春寒还料峭，二则经受不起羊肉的诱惑，于是今天咱还是做了一锅红枣焖羊肉，酥糯的羊肉夹带着红枣的甜香，吃起来不油不腻，再配上一个菌菇炒塔菜和海米萝卜汤，这样的组合既解馋又不增肥，因此凡事不能太绝对咯！

食材：羊肉、红枣

调料：干桔皮、姜、蒜、八角、桂皮、香叶、草果、辣椒干、料酒、油、盐、红糖、老抽、生抽

制作方法：

1、斩块后的羊肉放入锅中，加入足量的冷水没过食材，淋入少许料酒，取几块干桔皮一起放入锅中，大火煮开焯水2-3分钟，将羊肉取出冲洗干净；

2、炒锅中倒一点点的油，将姜片、蒜瓣、八角、桂皮、香叶、草果、辣椒干加入锅中，煸出香味，加入羊肉翻炒，翻炒时淋入适量料酒烹至酒气挥发；

3、将炒香后的羊肉和调料全部移至砂锅中，加入足量的开水没过食材，再投入几块干桔皮和一把红枣，开盖沸煮约10分钟，期间注意用汤匙撒去浮沫，汤清后盖上盖子焖煮1小时；

4、将桔皮取出丢弃，往锅中加入少许盐、红糖、老抽和生抽调味，继续焖煮40-50分钟，视汤汁情况开大火收一下汁，即可。

红枣焖羊肉，一道温补气血美容养颜的菜肴，趁着天气尚未转暖，再吃上一些羊肉吧！

小提示：

1、做羊肉时，加入干桔皮，可以起到去膻增香的作用；

2、姜、蒜、八角、桂皮、香叶、草果、辣椒干之类的调料无需多放，但是不能不放，主要起到增香增味的作用，但是不能喧宾夺主盖过羊肉的味道；

3、家中有红糖的，做这道菜建议加红糖，可以与红枣一起加强健脾补血的功效。
