都说美好的一天从一顿能量满满的早餐开始，虽然道理很简单，但是仍有不少亲会在匆忙中pass掉了吃早餐，不过这件事在咱家是不被允许的，即便是在休息天，想赖床，那也得在9点之前把早饭吃了，为此女儿没少抗议过，委屈地说“为什么同学放假可以睡到中午云云”，然而抗议无效哈，因此这么多年下来，女儿已经养成了好好吃早餐的习惯。
早餐吃什么呢？嘻嘻~~自然是青菜萝卜各有所爱啰，喜欢中式的吃中式，喜欢吃西式的吃西式，只要有好好吃早餐就行咯！
今天向大家推荐一款燕麦饼干，推荐理由：无需发酵，无需打发，制作方便，方便储存，并且含油量含糖量相对较低，营养成份相对较多，我是搭配了咖啡当早饭吃的，亲也可以在小饿小困的时候用来垫饥，个人感觉这款燕麦饼干很耐饥饿。
材料：低筋面粉75克，快熟燕麦50克，芝麻25克，约糖20克，糖粉10克，奶粉10克，盐1克，无铝泡打粉1克，黄油30克，色拉油30克，玉米糖浆15克。
制作方法：
1、挑洗干净的芝麻放入平底锅中炒熟，听到轻微的爆裂声音立即熄火；
2、面粉和泡打粉过筛；
3、红糖过筛放入盆中，加入糖粉、奶粉、快熟燕麦和盐；
4、将芝麻加入上述3中拌匀；
5、加上述2加入上述4中拌匀；
6、将色拉油和黄油加入平底锅中加热半分钟；
7、将玉米糖浆加入平底锅中，与油搅拌均匀；
8、将上述5加入上述7中搅拌均匀；
9、用汤匙取上述8约一汤匙的量，用手搓圆再压扁；
10、烤箱预热170度，烘烤约15分钟。
烘烤好的燕麦饼干非常的香酥可口，有燕麦、芝麻，红糖……营养也很丰富哦！
小提示：
1、红糖通常有块状结晶需要碾碎过筛；
2、油可以全部只用黄油或者全部用色拉油；
3、因为烤箱性能差异，烘焙温度与时间仅供参考。
