9月18日，住房和城乡建设部房地产市场监管司司长张雪涛在国新办新闻发布会上表示，“十五五”时期将推动住房公积金高质量发展。将扩大住房公积金制度覆盖面，支持个体工商户、非全日制从业人员以及其他灵活就业人员自愿缴存住房公积金，进一步增强公积金制度的普惠性。

“十五五”时期将推动住房公积金管理服务提质增效。通过数字赋能，简化住房公积金提取手续，缩短贷款的办理时限，推行缴存记录在全国范围内的互认互信，推动住房公积金的转移接续、异地贷款等业务的高效办理。

“十五五”时期，拓宽住房公积金提取使用范围，提取情形从6种增加到了9种，其中老百姓日常生活中经常发生的装修住房、支付物业费都可以提取使用。下一步，将进一步发挥住房公积金的作用，支持租房、购房、修房和养房，让住房公积金服务于全生命周期的住房消费。

张雪涛表示，将筑牢住房公积金资金安全的防线，通过加强制度规范，健全管理机制，丰富监管手段等措施，确保住房公积金资金安全。
