9月21日，国家移民管理局发布《关于全国推广网上办理外国人旅馆以外住宿登记的公告》
根据国家移民管理局发布的2026年第7号公告，自2026年9月21日起，外国人旅馆以外住宿登记正式在全国推广网上办理。
也就是说，符合条件的外国人今后可以直接在线完成住宿登记。
According to Announcement No. 7 of 2026 issued by the National Immigration Administration,starting from September 21, 2026, online accommodation registration for foreigners staying in non-hotel accommodation is being rolled out nationwide.
This means eligible foreigners can now complete the registration process online.
可以通过哪些渠道网上办理？
Where Can You Register Online?
自2026年9月21日起，可通过以下渠道办理：
① 国家移民管理局政务服务网站
② “移民局12367”APP
③ “移民局12367”微信小程序
④ “移民局12367”支付宝小程序
Starting from September 21, 2026, online registration is available through:
① National Immigration Administration Government Service Platform
② “Immigration 12367” App
③ “Immigration 12367” WeChat Mini Program
④ “Immigration 12367” Alipay Mini Program

外国人本人可以自己办理吗？

可以。
但对于首次在某一住所办理网上住宿登记的情况，为确保住所信息准确，通常建议由留宿人协助完成。
以下情况下，外国住宿人可自行办理：
① 曾经在同一住所完成过线上住宿登记
② 居住在本人自有住所
Yes.
For the first online registration at a particular residence, the host may be asked to assist in order to ensure the accuracy of the accommodation information.
Foreign guests may generally register by themselves if:
① They have previously completed online registration at the same residence.
② They are staying at a property they own.
