聚焦世界运河大会｜亚洲赛艇联合会前秘书长 WCCO顾问李基铉：灵渠为遗产旅游提供了极具借鉴意义的范本|亚洲赛艇联合会|大运河|灵渠|遗产|顾问

大运河传媒讯（董明徐蓉发自广西桂林）10月12~15日，2026年世界运河大会在广西桂林举行。实地考察环节，近400名中外嘉宾走进兴安县，探访千年灵渠。亚洲赛艇联合会前秘书长、世界运河历史文化城市合作组织（WCCO）顾问、全球运河赛艇穿越行动发起人之一的李基铉（Ken Lee）深受震撼，这条有着2200年历史的古运河，至今生生不息，滋养着世人，并为遗产旅游提供了极具借鉴意义的范本。Grand Canal Media News (Dong Ming ,Xu Rong from Guilin, Guangxi) 2026 World Canals Conference was held in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from October 12 to 15. During the field study tour, nearly 400 Chinese and international guests travelled to Xing’an County to visit the millennia-old Lingqu Canal. Ken Lee, former Secretary-General of the Asian Rowing Federation and co-initiator of the Global Canal Rowing Expedition, said Visiting the Lingqu Canal during the 2026 World Canals Conference was a memorable experience. Built in 214 BC during the Qin Dynasty, this 36.4-kilometer canal impressed me with how ancient engineering continues to serve people more than 2,200 years later.

灵渠始建于秦代，沟通湘江与漓江，是世界上最古老的运河之一。在灵渠博物院，我看到馆内展品、传统拓印体验与儿童水彩活动，让灵渠的历史变得鲜活可感。伴着鼓号声上演的秦代礼仪复原表演，将参观者带回久远的往昔。看着五艘竹篙驱动的木船缓缓穿过一座窄桥，我仿佛看见千百年间，一代又一代人曾泛舟于这片水道之上。Constructed in the Qin Dynasty, the Lingqu Canal links the Xiang River and the Li River and ranks among the world’s oldest canals.Museum exhibits, traditional rubbing and children’s watercolor activities brought its history to life. A Qin-dynasty ceremony reenactment, accompanied by drums and horns, transported visitors into the past. Watching five wooden boats propelled by bamboo poles pass beneath a narrow bridge, I imagined generations who had travelled these waters centuries ago.

灵渠巧妙的三七分水格局，彰显着古人超凡的水利认知，这套分水体系可丰枯兼顾，常年维系水流稳定。时至今日，它仍承担农田灌溉的功能，印证着原始设计经久不衰的价值。古代工匠还顺势依托天然地形与海拔差异修建工程，36 座陡门有助于调控水位、保障通航。The canal’s ingenious 70:30 water-diversion structure reflects an extraordinary understanding of hydraulic engineering, distributing water while maintaining steady flow through rainy and dry seasons. Its continuing role in agricultural irrigation demonstrates the lasting value of its original design. Ancient engineers also used natural terrain and elevation differences, while 36 gates helped regulate water levels and support navigation.

伫立渠畔，我意识到，伟大工程的评判标准，不仅仅是以规模或复杂性来衡量。它真正的价值，在于顺应自然、满足人类需求、泽被代代后人。当地居民现场制作传统美食的热忱，更让我明白，灵渠不仅是一处古老工程，更是深深植根于当地文化的活态遗产。Standing beside the canal, I was reminded that great engineering is not measured by scale or complexity alone. Its true value lies in working with nature, meeting human needs and serving generations.The warmth of local residents demonstrating traditional food preparation further showed me that Lingqu is not merely an ancient structure, but a living heritage deeply rooted in local culture.

灵渠为遗产旅游提供了极具借鉴意义的范本：博物馆融合工程历史、文化体验与仍在运行的水利设施。这样的方式，让历史能够被年轻一代真切触摸，也加强了文化保护与当地社区之间的联系。Lingqu Canal offers a compelling model for heritage tourism,with the museumcombining engineering history, cultural activities and functioning water infrastructure. Such an approach makes history tangible for younger generations while strengthening connections between cultural preservation and local communities.

此行之后，我更加理解灵渠的意义，它既是中国古人智慧的见证，也是串联自然、技术与文化的鲜活纽带。建成2200多年，灵渠始终传递着一条恒久的启示：真正伟大的创造，敬畏自然、服务于人，并将智慧薪火相传。My visit deepened my appreciation of Lingqu Canal as both a testament to ancient Chinese ingenuity and a living connection between nature, technology and culture.More than 2,200 years after its construction, the Lingqu Canal continues to carry a timeless message:the greatest achievements are those that respect nature, serve humanity and pass the wisdom on to future generations.
